The Villa of the Vines
The Centrale of Ile de RĂ© offers this magnificent recent villa in Rivedoux-Plage with SPA, accommodating up to 6 people.
Ideally located, the village of Rivedoux-Plage has all amenities and is situated 20 minutes from La Rochelle.
This high-end villa of 135m2 is located near shops and the market (300 metres away) and close to the beach (600 metres away) and the popular local bar RĂ© Glisse.
The villa was designed and decorated in a family spirit ideally suited to one or two couples with children. Located on a 400m2 plot, it has a pleasant spa and a shaded terrace.
This beautiful single-storey villa is functional, comfortable and features carefully designed decoration.
OUTSIDE
The villa has an embedded spa, a shaded terrace and 2 terraces overlooking 2 of the bedrooms.
The house has 2 secure private parking spaces.
INSIDE
1 vast living room / dining room with 1 fully equipped open kitchen, 1 dining section and a large lounge.
Bedroom 1 consisting of 1 double bed 160x200cm.
Bedroom 2 consisting of 1 double bed 160x200cm.

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer period and from 7 days during the summer period (July and August)
