ROSE Vacances offers you this charming 2-room apartment fully renovated with an exceptional view of the lake and ocean, ideally located in the Tanchet district between the seafront and the wild coast. Perfect for spa-goers or sea lovers!

The 33 m² apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor (no lift) of a small residence with a private parking space.

Apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

The accommodation consists of a living area with an open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto)...). This room directly opens onto a west-facing balcony-terrace, where you can admire the sea, lake and magnificent sunsets! A garden furniture set is provided.

Sleeping area: one bedroom with bunk beds (lower bed 140 cm, upper bed 90 cm), and a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed.

Bathroom equipped with a shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, WC, vanity unit with storage.

Additionally, you will have a cupboard with a washer-dryer, hand steamer, and all necessary cleaning equipment.

Located just steps from the beach, you can easily move around by bicycle on the cycle path along the coastline. Known for its waves, Tanchet beach is ideal for family stays: swimming (supervised with rescue post), beach bars/restaurants in high season, and water sports (surf spot).
Tanchet beach, Institut Sport Océan, Thalasso, Zoo and Casino are accessible on foot from the apartment.

Bus stop 50 m away.
8 minutes by car from SNCF train station and Les Sables d'Olonne city centre.
15 minutes walk from the Presidents district and its local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...).
