The residence La Grande Plage welcomes you about 4km from the center of St Jean de Monts in Vendée, on the Atlantic coast and only 600m from the large sandy beach. The residence forms a quiet and well-maintained village. The nearest shops are located in the Demoiselles district (bakery, rotisserie, supermarket, bar-tobacco and large market on Monday and Thursday mornings in July and August) about 2 km away.
The house is composed of:
- a very well equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster kettle, TOP fridge)
open to the living room dining room
- a bedroom with a 140 bunk bed with new bedding, a closet and a bedside table
- a second bedroom with a 140 bed with new bedding, a closet and a bedside table and in this there is access to the laundry room
- a bathroom with a shower and a vanity unit
- separate toilets
- a laundry room with cupboards and a second TOP fridge
- a terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- a small garden with direct access on foot to go for a walk
