The whole house looked and smelled so clean. Lots of extra bedding provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The hosts and property were delightful. Everything about the trip was simple, easy, and relaxed.

This is our second time at this property and we will keep coming back! The cottage is well kept, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings with the best shaded porch ever and of course, the animals! It’s always nice and quiet, save for the acorns hitting the roof or the ground, but that keeps you on your toes. We also liked the well stocked coffee with regular and decaf as well as the bathroom amenities.

Incredible place

My family stayed here for a quick weekend trip and had a fabulous time. It was close to everything but gave us a sense of being out and isolated. I loved having the animals right outside our door. The cottage was immaculate and the hosts left little treats for us as well as treats for us to give the animals. We love this place and will definitely come back.

Great stay!

We stayed for two nights and it was wonderful. The property is lovely, the home is clean. The location is very close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Getting up in the morning to see the animals was very nice, I enjoyed our stay very much.

Farmhouse Cottage near everything!

This farm was such a gem. It is a great place to get away from sightseeing, especially if you have kids. My kids loved the animals, and we all had a great time. I will definitely save this place for future visits when I am in the area.

Great farmhouse cottage

Very peaceful and quiet stay. Close to Rock City and other attractions on Lookout Mountain. Kitchen is extremely well stocked and has everything you might need. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating areas.

The hosts were great. Super easy access to the property, very convenient to surrounding attractions, beautiful cottage, lots of extras provided to make us feel welcome. We weren’t aware the cottage was so close to the owners home but our privacy was always respected. It was a lovely stay!

Great Mountain Getaway

We stayed at this cute cabin this past weekend while visiting family in Tennessee. The decor was adorable and we found that then cabin provided all we needed. The farm atmosphere was wonderful including a couple of darling goats and chickens with a rooster who kept us entertained. Hosts were very easy to work with! Definitely plan to return to this peaceful getaway❀

We have resided on Lookout Mountain for the past 17 years. The majority of our professional careers have been in hospitality. The farm and the mountain have provided an excellent environment for raising our family, as we all enjoy hiking, gardening, mountain biking, and horses. With both of our children now grown, we decided it was time to share the farm with others who we hope will enjoy it as much as we do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Quaint cottage tucked away on over 12 acres. The cottage sits on a hill overlooking horse pastures and farm animals. The farm is home to two Pigmy goats, (Daisy & Sadie) several chickens, two dogs (Piper and Boyd), a mini horse (Willow) and a horse (Sport). All the animals are kept fenced in, except the dogs.
