âââââââABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to âLazy Duck Retreatâ, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo with a large outside patio and private lanai! Conveniently located a block away from a private Blue Mountain Beach access, which is only accessible to owners and guests of Red Fish Village Condominiums. This property is located in Red Fish Village, on 30A. The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery. The Blue Mountain community is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. The pool, playground, grilling area, and the owner's lounge/gym on the 2nd floor.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is one of the 30A coastal communities that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park. This property is located in Red Fish Village, on 30A The complex borders the beautiful Redfish Lake and provides a boardwalk and overlook pavilion to explore the surrounding nature and soak in all of the scenery.
BEACH ACCESS: Private beach across street, about 3 blocks walk (has restrooms, & shower) just east of Blue Mountain Regional public beach. There is some parking, coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards.

âą During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
âą All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
âą Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
âą An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
