Three story Oceanside Village beach house is beautifully decorated, hardwood floors, open floor plan, screened patio, large deck and front porch., 2 golf carts (complimentary use), several bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys.
Main level has large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen w/granite countertops, family/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and laundry room.
Lower level has private entrance (no stairs), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, large family/dining room, laundry room, screened in patio. Can be locked off from upstairs.
Linens provided.
Towels provided for each guest on contract.
Started pack provided: 1 hand soap each bathroom, trash bags in every can, 2 rolls of paper towels and 1 roll toilet paper in each bathroom.
Each bedroom and family room has a TV with Roku & Spectrum cable
Garage has game room with ping pong table.
Oceanside Village features: Gated community, indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash park, fitness center, basketball/pickle ball courts, baseball field, playground, and a short golf cart ride to private beach parking. Beach is approximately 1 mile from our house. It’s an easy walk and a 5 minute drive.
Long term winter rentals welcome, please inquire regarding rates. Cameras on outside of house for added safety.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful Vacation Home

Home is spectacular. Loved having golf carts to beach and swimming pools. Shopping and restaurants were very convenient. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Great summer vacation spot

Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) loved this place. It was roomy enough for us not to be on top of each other and three minutes from the beach (by golf cart). The owners really know how to take care of their property and provided a lot of extras to make it easy and fun for us. Communication with the owner was always quick whether by email or text. We will try to book this place next time the entire family heads to the Myrtle/Surfside Beach area.

Best beach stay ever

This was one of the best places my family and I have stayed at. There is plenty of room for everyone and it was stocked with just about anything that you would need. A bonus was the stuff for a baby, highchair and a pack and play. The golf carts were great for a short trip to the beach and there was beach equipment to use so you don't have to bring it with you. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Denice!

Family & Friends Getaway

This property was great for our 4 families getting together. Multiple kitchens helped keep the groceries needed for our group and grill was appreciated. Plenty of room and the community had fantastic amenities that everyone enjoyed including pools for kids and private beach access. Golf carts were fun. Overall a great experience!

Great stay - again!

Our family - 6 adults, 5 kids under eight years old - stayed at this house for the second time, and it was even better than last year. The weather was great, so we could enjoy the ocean, pools and playground. The bedroom configuration works great for us, and the house is clean, attractive and well-stocked. Denice is so responsive and thoughtful. Hope we can return next year!

We came for our Michigan spring break March 25-30th. From the very beginning the owner was amazing with communication. She answered every single question within an hour. We had three families with 6 adults and 6 kids (5-16)

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, well equipped for every thing you might need.Beds were comfortable, ,set up was perfect for our family. Separate apartment downstairs worked out perfect for our family with four year old. My only complaint was that they had two golf carts for your use, but only one beach pass… what were you to do when the second golf cart wanted to get to beach? You had no pass to get thru gate. We ended up purchasing an additional pass for thirty bucks, but I thought considering you have two golf carts , this should have been provided. This house is about a mile from beach. Pools were great, and we enjoyed the pickleball and tennis! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Trip!

Myself and 7 guys stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend. The communication and checkin process was great. Owner reached out and was very helpful with all aspects including the security at the gate and check in items. The place it self was great. Plenty of space for all us our guests and the house was very clean. We cooked dinner two nights and had every item we needed to cook. The location was great. With the golf carts it was just a 5 minute ride to the beach and within a short driving distance of multiple restaurants. Would recommend to friend groups or families to stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Family Time

It was the right size for seven adults and room for a few more. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom. The second floor kitchen and sitting area is very spacious. The owner and property manager are very easy to reach if needed.

Perfect Family Vacation House

Mellow Yellow has everything you need for a great family vacation. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the golf carts, the ping pong table, and the rocking chairs on the front porch. It's a beautiful neighborhood. Just a short golf cart drive to the beach and community pool. We hope to come back again next year. This was our 2nd year staying at this house.

I grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Northern Virginia in 1995. I started my many beach adventures in the outer banks, but eventually worked my way down to Myrtle Beach. We fell in love with Oceanside Village when a family member bought a home. We always dreamed of living here and jumped on the opportunity to buy.

We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for many years and have family that owns in Oceanside Village. We love the area and the Bermuda Bay community. Our home is a wonderful place for our family to get away. We love the large front porch and screened in patio. It has a large open concept family area where everyone can relax after a day at the beach.

The house is large enough to host our growing family and allow everyone to spread out. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach. The community has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash park, tennis and basketball courts, playground and fishing.
