~ Outdoor kitchen & infinity edge spa overlook the most jaw dropping views of the river!

The host made the process simple—easy booking, easy setup, and an easy stay.The property and location are gorgeous, and everything worked exactly as it should, allowing us to focus on family time. Blue Georgia Tocoa Riverside Retreat

This well appointed, well furnished, completely equipped house was perfect for my family of 12 adults and 3 small children. The hot tub was a hit as was the wonderful fire pit with sufficient number of comfy chairs around the fire. We had s'mores and enjoyed the fire 2 nights! Even firewood was furnished! Plenty of storage for food and multiple refrigerators made at home cooking fun and easy. Every utensil and appliance we needed was there and in working order. Plenty of seating in the great room and we loved the plentiful seating for dining. One little suggestion
..upgrade/replace the bed linens. They were so thin and well worn, not reflective of the rest of the property. We loved the rental and hope to return. Thank you.

Amazing weekend in Blue Ridge

We had an amazing trip to Blue Ridge to celebrate a friends 30th Birthday. We fished, enjoyed the hot tub, amazing outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Best house in Blue Ridge by far. The setting is second to none.

This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t commend this place enough.

Great stay on the river

My extended family and I really enjoyed being so close to the water, having large bedrooms and family spaces, as well as the outdoor spaces for the kids. Overall we were very happy with the house and location.

60th Birthday Trip

We had a group of 10 ladies stay to celebrate a 60th birthday. The cabin was absolutely perfect! We loved the location to explore Blue Ridge and enjoyed all the amenities there at the property. The outside of the property was maintained very well and beautiful! We had plenty of space and enjoyed our stay so much!

Amazing place

We spend a weekend with family and friends, nice experience , beautiful, beautiful cabin, all beds are comfortable, amazing views, quiet place, kids enjoyed the movie theater, it’s very nice, adults enjoyed dancing in the fireplace spot, during the day is nice to walk around and I really recommend it.

Excellent Stay

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

This property was stunning and the perfect place to host bachelorette weekend of relaxation. Between the views, the hot tub, spacious living space and location, we had everything we could want. We ventured off to nearby wineries and there are so many amazing places close by for lunch and dinner options.

Beautiful property and cabin fit the whole family

We comfortable fit 9 adults and 3 children, and had room for more. The cabin is very nice and the views are breathtaking. Loved being on the River, enjoyed the ponds for fishing and the huge property was great for exploring. Would stay here again!

Great House with Incredible Views!

The house was incredible for our size group (4 Families) with plenty of areas for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The infinity hot tub was a big hit with the kids. Definitely would recommend this house.

Friendscation in Blue Ridge

This property is absolutely stunning. The home with the view of the river is spectacular. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the dining room while watching the river flow below. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were so great to unwind. We had a movie night one night and all enjoyed the relaxation of the recliners while playing games/movies on the big screen. We got to see a pack of turkeys around the driveway area.Just a short drive to downtown blue ridge. W are interested in coming back during the Spring or Summer when we can fish and tube on the property. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
