Welcome to Village Loft #37!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ski-in/ski-out condo is about as close as you can get to a ski lift at Park City Mountain. This is a top floor unit that looks out right out over Homerun!
- Master bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower.
- Guest bedroom has side by side Queen beds.
- 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower.
- Entire unit has been tastefully remodeled.
- Underground parking available for 1 vehicle.
- Retrofitted with air-conditioning for our summer guests.
- Private deck overlooking lifts, runs, spectacular mountain views and ski-in/ski-out!
- Cozy fireplace to gather around at the end of the day.
- Included Wi-Fi internet access.

PREMIUM LINENS AND TOWELS - All of our units are stocked with 100% Turkish cotton bath towels and matching hand towels and washcloths. The beds are all made with ultra-soft linens from Comphy, plenty of nice pillows and duvet covers on the comforters that are cleaned between every reservation. We want you to be more comfortable than you are at home!
Policies and Procedures
- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.
- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.
- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.
