Vi har två stora faktiska sovrum med dörrar - inte bara en övre våning på övervåningen. Perfekt för par och familjer!

Observera: 4 NT MIN. under skidsäsongen (om inte ett hål fylls), 2 NT MIN. under sommaren (ja, vi har nu luftkonditionering).

Vackert uppdaterad, GRANITE / STAINLESS KÖK, med två stora sovrum med två GRANITE / SLATE FULL BATHS. Massor av lagring i lägenheten för skidor, brädor, hjälmar, rockar, handskar. Ljus, ljus hörn enhet med gott om fönster. Din egen tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla sängkläder och handdukar är inredda. Hårtork tillhandahålls. Takfläktar i varje rum.

Stor MASTER BEROOM har KING BED, privat FULL BATH med ångdusch, plattskärms-HDTV, utomhus balkong med utsikt över Plaza, och Hotel-Style Wall Safe. Stora Sovrummet har två dubbelsängar, plattskärms-HDTV och privat FULL BATH.

Rymlig vardagsrum har två soffor (en är en drottning bäddsoffa), utomhus balkong och vacker sten gas log öppen spis. Vi erbjuder även två dubbla uppblåsbara luftmadrasser med elektrisk pump och sängkläder, för flexibilitet i sovande arrangemang.

Excellent ski in ski out location!

This property is right at the base of the mountain, and could not be more convenient for renting equipment, access to the mountain, and access to restaurants, shops and shuttle service. It is a perfect location if you do not want to rent a car, the shuttles are so convenient to be able to get downtown or go out to eat. We loved staying here.

Great condo in a great location close to the slopes, restaurants, shops and easy access to the bus to get all around Park City. Our family had a wonderful stay and we were supported with helpful info on everything from our wonderful host.

We had a great stay at this property. Belinda was a great communicator, even checking in during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Plenty of room & privacy for two couples. Can't beat the location - we would stay at this property again.

Great Location

Belinda's place is in a great location to all things Park City. You can walk out the door and find hiking trails within 15 minutes. Main Street is an easy walk from the condo where you find restaurants and shops. The condo was great for 4 adults. Would stay there again.

We had another wonderful stay. This is a large but cozy well appointed condo in a great location in Resort Plaza steps away from the Pay Day lift. A perfect family vacation. Belinda is also very helpful with any questions you might have. It's a winner!

Great Location!

The location of this property was perfect for us traveling with our toddler and infant. It was steps away from the mountain and ski school as well as shops and food. The free shuttle to downtown was perfect and we didn't have to worry about loading carseats and strollers in an uber. The condo had everything we needed in it and the owner was wonderful to work with.

Location, Location, Location!

You can't beat the location! Ski Rentals literally downstairs, mere steps from the slopes, walkable or easy Uber into town for dinner. Condo owner would check-in to make sure everything was going well. Entire family very pleased with overall experience.

Perfect family ski trip

Great location and perfect for a family of five. Ordered groceries on instacart that were easily picked up. Kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the close proximity to the park city shuttles were awesome to get to downtown quickly. What a great family memory

This is the best rental we have stayed in at Park CIty. The location can’t be beat. The condo is bigger in person than the pictures portray. Stocked with everything you might need. Belinda Simile was a fantastic communicator. We are already looking to book next year!

Very convenient.

Very convenient to the ski slopes. Public transportation very, very close and well run and on time. condo was well kept. Lavatory sink was almost plugged and needed attention. Very nice property.

Glad you liked the condo! Thank you for the review. Sorry to hear one of the bathroom sinks was running slow while you were there. We have on-site maintenance available to promptly address any issues if a guest just lets us or the Office know. We provide those numbers in the condo and in the advance materials we send to guests. Unfortunately,VRBO does not pass along reviews to us for more than 2 weeks so issues only mentioned there cannot get prompt attention and might be missed before the next guest arrives. We hope you are able to come back for another stay and if you have any issues please let us know while you are there so we have an opportunity to correct it.

Beautiful condo in an unbeatable location!

This was our second time staying at this condo, and it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Very comfortable for our family of five, and just 50 feet away from the ski school and rentals, 100 yards from the closest lift! If you don’t want to lug your kids’ skis, helmets, boots (and the kids as well), this location can’t be beat! The condo is very comfortable, nicely furnished, with all the amenities you could want.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time in Park City- and part of that was the location of the condo to the lifts, stores and restaurants. I can't say it enough LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Very clean, and plenty of room for the four of us! We will absolutely be returning. Belinda our host could not be more helpful- instructions and all responses were very clear and prompt.

Fun stay

It was very difficult to find the property since there was hardly anybody to ask and the office was closed. A better map might help. Other than that the place was awesome.

So glad you had an awesome time! Sorry to hear you had difficulty when you arrived. The Resort Plaza Check-In Office is closed in off-season and closes at 5 pm during ski season so we try to provide both written and map directions including a map with dotted lines showing the path to walk to our building from the Office where guests pick up their packet at the lockbox. We try to give detailed instructions and maps in advance and encourage folks to bring those with them, particularly if they are arriving late and in the dark. We also provide the after-hours phone number to the management company on-site in the event guests have any difficulty. We continue to look at those maps and directions with an eye toward improvement. Thanks for your input and we look forward to having you back! Belinda Update:2023-We no longer have a staffed check-in office on site but we have beefed up our maps and written instructions. Building and condo door codes along with other instructions are sent a few days before the guest arrives by the in-town management company that assists us with guests. Haven't had reports of any guest difficulties with the new system. :)

Belinda made it easy. Everything was ready when we arrived Finding the right parking garage was challenging in the dark, even with directions. Having all the codes in a single list was very helpful. We look forward to going back.

Third Time

Our third time staying at this apartment. Very clean, spacious and well appointed. Close to ski school, PayDay lift, rentals. Owner and management company communicate clearly and respond quickly when needed. Buses to Main St are steps away and convenient. Area around the apartment is bustling with skiers / snowboarders, nearby live music, etc during the day and nice and quiet in the evening.

The BEST Location for Skiing

We were only steps away from the Payday lift. Very convenient to take breaks throughout the day. The condo was fully stocked with all the necessities. We caught free shuttle to Fresh Market to load up on groceries. Again, very convenient. Very nice furnishings, comfy beds, etc. We had two teens with us and they had a lot of privacy as their bedroom was separate from the main living area. Great communication with booking agency throughout the process. Loved it and would stay here again!

Amazing Ski in Ski out resort.

Location is Everything! Everything we needed and wanted were steps away from our HOME for the week! Condo was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. We are a family of five that enjoyed this space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We cooked on a daily basis so adequate and plentiful appliances, cookware, dinnerware, etc. is a must for us and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Belinda does the condo management and loves assisting guests in planning their summer and winter vacations to Park City. We have many repeat guests once they discover the condo's great location.

Location, location, location! Our condo's location at Resort Plaza at the Park City Mountain Village Base of Park City Mountain Resort allows guests to be skiing within a couple of minutes of leaving the condo. The ticket windows, Payday chairlift, ski school, the Ability Center, rental shops, and 4 other lifts are easily accessible just outside the condo!

Park City is the most easily accessed ski destination in the west. Salt Lake City airport is an easy 38-mile (40 min.) drive. With Park City Mountain Resort now the largest ski resort in the US (7300 skiable acres) and Deer Valley, another world-class ski resort right in Park City (and 5 other ski resorts within an hour) your choices are many to be skiing on 'the greatest snow on earth' in no time. Utah is known for its dry fluffy powder and Park City typically receives over 350" of snow a season.
