Gå till stranden! Vi är bara 4 minuter till strandstigen. 6 North Live Oak är ett 4 sovrum, 3. 5 badrum hemma och invånarna njuter av en vidsträckt panoramautsikt över golf och lagunen! Över 3 700 kvadratmeter, alla på en våning och 8 bäddar. Högt i tak med många takfönster, öppna / rymliga rum, ljusa och soliga i hela, garage, hundvänligt efter överenskommelse utan begränsningar i storlek, men hundar måste vara minst ett års ålder. Ett staket omfattar hela poolen och terrassen, som inkluderar en generös gräsbevuxen gräsmatta för doggy bekvämlighet, vilket gör att din familjemedlem kan gå med dig utan oro. Detta staket kompromissar inte med vyn, men tillåter frihet för våra besökande doggy gäster & bekvämlighet för sina ägare.
Detta hem på Live Oak Road ligger inuti Sea Pines Plantation, inte långt från The Beach Club. Den ena, med utsikt över poolen, har en king size-säng, klädkammare, badrum med dusch och toalettbord, den andra en queen size-säng, det badrummet har ett badkar och en separat dusch, båda har TV med Blue-Ray DVD-skivor. Det finns ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och det fjärde sovrummet består av en fullstor säng och en enkelsäng. 4 sovrum 3 l / 2 bad ... 8 sovplatser.
Bred öppen, solig, rymlig pool och spa-område. Grillen är bekvämt belägen här, bredvid köket, och med utsikt över golfbanan. Vid kallare väder kan både pool och spa värmas upp.
Nära stranden: Gå tvärs över gatan och ner till en vacker strand vid Atlanten, mindre än 600 meter, 4 minuter till strandvägen. Sea Pines Beach Club ligger ungefär en halv mil längs stranden och serverar drycker, lunch och middag och har levande musik på sommaren.
Vi hanterar våra fastigheter själv, och gästerna kan nå oss 24 timmar om dygnet för frågor eller problem, både före och under deras vistelse.

Hundar: Vi tillåter två två hundar på begäran. Avgiften är $ 175. 00 per hund och avgiften betalas direkt till oss.

Beautiful house and property!

We came with our kids and dog for spring break, and the photos do not do the property justice. The yard, pool, and views were spectacular. Live Oak Road is beautiful and peaceful; very little traffic. The house has lots of space and everything we needed for a wonderful week! Would love to come back.

Spring break

It was a very clean property but definitely dated. The beds weren’t very comfortable. There is a neighbor who’s extra for sure. Lights must be turned off by 10 pm because of the neighbors. We had family coming in late about 11 pm and had to leave lights on because it’s super dark. Of course the neighbor tracked us down next day to comment about it. OMG! Otherwise Carol is a fabulous host!

Great .

Everything about our stay was great . I brought my kids and 2 friends along between 13 and 18. The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool area was fantastic. The kids and I got a pass to fish in sea pines and the lagoons around the house kept us busy fishing. Short bike ride to the beach . Overall a great and relaxing stay . Very close to everything yet in a very quiet area

Great place to stay in Sea Pines

This was an exceptionally well-equipped property, everything we needed was in the kitchen. 4 bedrooms for the family, and lots of sitting areas to each have our own space at times. It was especially nice to spend some time reading at night in the front den. Walking distance from the Golf Club and Beach Club (I walked back after a round of golf) and easy to rent a bike and go all over Sea Pines. We look forward to returning some day.

Perfect week on HHI

The house has a wonderful pool area and is about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We loved how bright and open the house was with a beautiful view of the golf course. Working with Carol throughout the rental process was a pleasure.

Gorgeous home in HHI

We loved staying at Live Oak so much, and the single level was much appreciated, that we are going to reserve another property from Carol in 2023. The house was the best equipped, cared for, cleaned house we have rented in YEARS. So impressed with the beach toys, games, amenities, including the variety and amount of cooking utensils! (Amazing) “connected tv”, combined it was all so essential to allowing EVERYONE, from 8-69, to relax. The heated pool and spa overlooked the gorgeous fairway and just added to the sense of tranquility. The trees added some crucial shade even though it was quite hot, as expected. It made all the difference. Recommend everyone consider this property for their vacation needs.

First Vacation in Hilton Head

The home was amazing. It looks better in person and is very large and open. The pool and patio were great to hang out at all day and the beach is a short walk/bike ride. Carol was quick to answer any questions prior to our stay and they had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. It was nice having our 2 dogs with us. Will definitely stay at one of their properties again!

Live Oak House

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The house is well laid out, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. The neighborhood is quiet and yet close to everything. Beautiful Hilton Head

This was our first time in Hilton Head. Carol and Gary were first-class hosts from the moment we booked it in March of 2021 till we arrived for the month of February 2022. We will be back!

This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was large enough for our family to spread out yet all be together. The pool was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. Although we ate dinners out the kitchen was spacious and looked to have everything you would need. We are already looking to book again next year. I also want to mention Carol the owner was extremely responsive and responded quickly to any questions. Her letters she sends before you arrive are thorough and leave very little if anything unanswered. She was wonderful.

Nice Place Great Location

This was our annual family trip to HHI and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! Perfect quiet location with a very nice pool for when the beach is too much. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach from the house. Very dog friendly with tile and brick floors everywhere except to bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you Carol and Gary!!

Wonderful and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! We had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout of rooms helped with privacy and quiet. And we enjoyed the pool deck every day, with the grill, lounge chairs and views of the golf course. This was a wonderful house and we’d love to say again.

Much needed getaway

6 N Live Oak is in such an AMAZING neighborhood. It's perfect for biking, golf and exploring the wildlife. You will definitely see a wide array of animals. There was a HUGE alligator that sat in the front yard for most of the week. Our checkin was flawless. We really enjoyed our stay. The reason I gave 4 stars is the home is outdated, but very clean. I would highly recommend Gary & Carol's home. I wish it would have been warmer, the pool is AMAZING!! It's a GREAT property if you have a dog. The backyard is fenced in, which is hard to find on HHI. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach!! We would definitely rent this property again!

Christmas 2020

What a fantastic ending to a crazy year!! This property is all it is advertised to be. Tucked away, yet super close walk to the ocean and beach club. We had 6 family members for this trip and all had room to spread out for privacy if wanted, but also many great gathering spots for family time. LOVED IT!!

Beautiful home, amazing location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gary & Carol’s! The home is well appointed, the layout is perfect for entertaining and the heated pool & scenery out the back door made our trip quite memorable. Carol is very attentive and a super responsive host. We had our two year old son with us, as well as our pup, and our whole family felt quite at home. We were sad to go after our two week stay, but we will be back!

Perfect vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful house in a perfect location. The house has everything one could need, including a fabulous fully stocked kitchen. The location is perfect, right on the golf course, but only a short walk to the beach. The closest beach to the house seemed less crowded than many of the other areas of the beach we walked through. The pool is large and even when all of eight of us were in it at the same time, it never felt crowded. We stayed in late September and paid to have the pool and spa heated. It was worth every penny! The kids loved being in the pool even on cool days and the parents and grandparents enjoyed the spa in the evening. It was perfect. Carol the owner was great. She was easy to communicate with and responded to all of my queries quickly. This is a great vacation home that we can't wait to return to!

Family fun!

What great house! Adults could relax in the living room and watch over the kids going wild in the pool through the big living room window. Lots of sand toys, chairs, and wagon for the short walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the backyard. Fenced for my dog made it stress free. Owners easy to communicate with. This house had all the amenities. We will be back!

Love the pool and the golf course view! Close to the beach too!

The property owner, Carol, was very easy to work with. We rented this home with our two daughters and two of their friends - ages 18-22. The kids loved the easy proximity to the beach! My husband and I walked the beach with our dog in the mornings, but really enjoyed spending most of our time floating around the pool. The hot tub was used a lot by our group as well! The house is very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the house is great - there were 6 of us and a dog and we never felt we were on top of each other. We are looking forward to renting from Carol again!

Perfect escape from reality

2 families stayed here for a week and we had such a wonderful time. The house is spacious and the outside area is so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals. Quick bike ride to beach. The pool, spa and backyard view was perfect.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had been looking for a holiday home throughout the south. We found Sea Pines the perfect answer. Nothing commercial, just a lovely Plantation with natural beauty both in the residential areas and along the vast unspoiled beaches. When we walked into this particular house, the dramatic entry hall, open high skylighted ceilings, with a huge wall of glass beyond, surprised and wowed us as we entered, and as it has most of our visitors since. We were finally home!
