Vårt hem har 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och är det perfekta boendet för familjesemestrar eller golf- och tennisutflykter. Plats för upp till tio personer och är en 5 minuters cykeltur eller 10 minuters promenad till stranden. Med cykel är vårt hem mindre än 15 minuter från South Beach, Harbortown och Sea Pines Forest Preserve.

Upplev allt som ön har att erbjuda inklusive soltänkta stränder, cykelleder, golf och tennis i världsklass, ridning, god mat, otrolig shopping och mycket mer.

Koppla av och varva ner efter en rolig dag på stranden, på golfbanan, cykla, shoppa eller rida i en uppvärmd atletisk pool och spa omgiven av en vacker mossdräckt levande ek i en frodig, trädbevuxen miljö. Njut av vår utsikt över trädgården över den 14: e farleden på Atlantic Dunes Course. 9 Jessamine Place är ett rymligt, 2300 kvadratmeter stort hem med två stora sovrum med kungssängar och TV-apparater. Båda sovrummen har spektakulär utsikt över poolen och golfbanan. Det tredje sovrummet har queen size-säng och det fjärde sovrummet har två enkelsängar på totalt 2 enkelsängar - perfekt för de små.

Detta underbara hem har en semi-privat sittgrupp som kan användas som kontor eller privat TV-rum för barn i alla åldrar. Extra stort vardagsrum är den perfekta platsen för att bekvämt titta på filmer och atletiska evenemang på helt ny HD-plattskärm (inkluderar DVD) eller spela spel och pussel på ett nytt spelbord i pubform.

Det stora vardagsrummet har ett uppdaterat ätkök (med underbar pool och utsikt över golfbanan) och frukostbar med bänkskivor i granit, brasilianska trägolv överallt tillsammans med infälld belysning. More Than Expected

Our family of six, including our daughters (9,7), really enjoyed everything about 9 Jessamine Place. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children!! The home had everything that one would need for a couple of weeks of relaxation. Bike to the beach in the morning, pool in the afternoons and out for dinner. Rinse and repeat :-) Easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The home had beach chairs and umbrellas, but we decided to rent our chairs/umbrellas through the HH Beach Patrol. They had them set up and ready to go for us each day in our predetermined spot. That allowed us to bike to/from the beach pretty much unencumbered each day. Would highly recommend. Another plus is the owner and property manager interactions. Very helpful before and during our visit. They left nothing to stress about. Really appreciate their flexibility and helpful information! We will return!

July Vacation

This house and location are perfect. We loved the pool and it was larger than most in Sea Pines. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Pool and Beach wins

What a beautiful home! Everything was just as pictured, complete with a fantastic pool and hot tub. We certainly made the most of our time there. Although we rode our bikes a mile to the beach club, we took advantage of the close beach access for morning walks. Appreciate all of the detailed notes in the house and the attentiveness of the owner and property manager.

perfect getaway

Everything about this stay was excellent. Communication with Linda and her property manager was outstanding. The pool was used daily and the kitchen is very well stocked. The fact that we had 80 degree weather during October was a perfect topping to a perfect week.

Annual family vacation

Lovely home and yard. Very convenient to have a private pool. Layout of home worked well for our family. Property owner and management were very responsive. There was a warning message on the pool monitor and they had a service tech there in under 30 mins. Property was clean and ready right in time.

Just As Advertised!

Great home tucked away on cul-de-sac street. Great set up for 2 families and absolutely wonderful back yard and pool. Communication from the owner and property management were great and both were very helpful. Extra beach chairs and towels on-site were a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Great home for families!

Wonderful home in Sea Pines with close access to beach. Lovely pool was enjoyed by the family. Bike riding in Sea Pines is a true pleasure and the paths give easy access to places like Harbor Town and South Beach.

Very nice week on HHI

This is a very nice property. Owner could not have communicated any better. Upon arrival we found a very clean and updated property. Owner has all switches labeled, no guessing what turns on what! This is a really really nice rental. The only thing that could have possibly made it better would be if the house was closer to the beach. It’s a little too far to walk if you’re taking a lot of stuff, or if you have small kids.

Perfect Beach House

We have rented 3 different houses on HHI and this was the best by far. The location in Sea Pines was a short and easy bike ride to the beach. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms, and exactly as pictured in the photos. The owner was proactive, a great communicator, and labeled items within the home to assist guests. The bunk room and dual owner’s suite layout made this perfect for the multi-family group we had for the week. While we did not need to use the property manager during our stay, she did reach out on our first day and gave us her contact information. Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely rent again.

Great property and location

Excellent getaway

Communication about the property was consistent through the entire process. Property was clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub were outstanding as was the grill. Left an item behind accidentally and was promptly returned. Would definitely rent again! Thanks, Linda!!

Great house near the beach!

The property was wonderful, exactly as shown in photos. It was great having the pool there, and the owners had the pool area cleaned up during our stay so that it stayed pristine. Short walk to the beach was easy even with kids. Highly recommend!

Amazing pool and hot tub!

Great location, right in the heart of sea pines. House had a great set up! But the pool and hot tub made the trip! Highly recommend esp during Covid times for water entertainment for kids - pool and beach!

Just what we needed!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner. Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel an international vacation that we had scheduled for late June. We decided we needed to get away and were lucky to book one of the last weeks available at this property. From the start, the owner was so easy and so lovely to communicate with. She responded to my emails almost immediately, answering any and all questions. The property itself is fabulous. The layout of the rooms worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults & 5 children). The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. I remarked to my husband that it was clear that the owner really made the effort to provide things to make it feel like home (ex: a blowdryer in every bathroom). The patio and pool area were a hit with everyone. It is private with beautiful landscaping, and the pool is quite big and perfect for kids to play in. As for location, we loved it. It's located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. We rented bikes and a cart for our beach items, and the scenic ride to the beach was just 5-10 minutes. This is a wonderful property with an absolutely lovely and caring owner. I highly recommend!

We have been visiting Sea Pines for the past ten years with our children and grandchildren and have fallen in love with all that the island offers - the serene and lush landscape of the natural areas, the bike trails meandering through the old-tree growth lined paths, the sunny beaches, and the safety that the island offers are all reasons as to why we chose Sea Pines for our 'home away from home.'
