Perfect for a small family or couples getaway. 2 parking passes are included in the quote and will be left on the kitchen counter prior to your arrival. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony
3. Two Dogs up to 25lbs welcome, $250 non-refundable fee per dog; pre-registration is required
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
