Hello, We are so glad you had a 5 star experience. We would love to have you stay again.

Hello Steven, The owner wanted to respond directly to your review. We are happy to read that you enjoyed the condo and location! We regret to hear there were entry issues. After reviewing a log for the lock, it appears that previous lock code maintenance was the problem. New procedures, equipment and software are now in place to prevent this in the future. We certainly hope to welcome you again, and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions, suggestions, or requests!

Thank you for your valuable feedback and for choosing our property. We're glad to hear that you appreciated our great location and the updates we've made to the kitchen. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the uncomfortable beds, noise from the washer/dryer and thin walls, as well as the overall noise from other condos and traffic. Your comments about missing basic essentials and suggestions for updates are duly noted. We strive to improve our accommodations based on guest feedback, and we will certainly take your points into consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. ****Owner Response 7/8/24**** Please let us know what essentials needed! Dryer blower is now repaired as of first week of July 2024, and new cushions for deck. Another recent guest was impressed by the mattress topper, and wanted the brand! We realize preferences vary :) I have asked management to contact you regarding additional amenities, and what we should add! We will respond again with your suggestions and our solutions :) Thank you for your feedback!

Hello Donna, We appreciate your review and feedback. We are glad you had everything you needed, during your stay. We would love to have you and your furry friends stay with us again.

Dear Lana, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed our central location, providing convenient access to everything. Regarding the WiFi issue you experienced, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it caused during your stay. After investigating further, our internet provider said it was a login issue, probably due to the confusing password, and you reported that all was well. We regret any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We are changing the WIFI password to something less complicated. We're continuously working to ensure a seamless experience for our guests, and we hope this won't deter you from considering us for future stays. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Poole Team
