The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a sofa bed where you can relax after your walks, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a modern shower room.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, for a hassle-free stay.
Enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a hairdryer, and disabled access.
You will particularly appreciate the practicality of this accommodation and its beautiful natural light.
The neighborhood is very quiet and all amenities are within easy reach: supermarket, bakery, organic store, pharmacy, restaurants, and a park, all accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot.
In terms of transportation, the âMairie des Lilasâ metro station is only a 15-minute walk away, with several bus lines (115 and 318) just a minute away. By car, major roads such as the A3 and the ring road are quickly accessible (2 to 5 minutes).
