ROSE Vacations offers this renovated apartment, on the 1st floor without an elevator, in the Presidents district, close to the ocean in Les Sables d'Olonne and local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...).
Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located just a stone's throw from Tanchet beach, you can easily move around by bicycle on the bike path along the coastline.
The accommodation consists of a spacious, bright, and well-equipped living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, and chairs. Room opening onto a southwest-facing balcony.
From an open and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker (filters)...
On the night side, you will find a room with a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables, and a dresser.
From a perfectly equipped bathroom, with a shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a toilet, and a vanity unit with storage.
To complete this apartment, you will have a closet in the entrance with a washing machine and all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Parking is private, an outdoor parking space is provided in the residence.
