The recently completely renovated luxury apartment, furnished with the highest quality and tasteful materials in âbohemian chicâ style, offers a living space of 85 mÂČ and will be let for the first time in the 2024 season.
It comprises a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV and an adjoining open kitchen with dining area. The modern kitchen with bar area is equipped with all desirable features such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The 25 mÂČ terrace in front of the living and kitchen area is accessible via wide sliding windows. The terrace is also equipped with very attractive garden furniture such as a dining set, lounge seating group and sun loungers. From there youâll have an exceptionally beautiful view into the very well-kept garden and a partial sea view.
