- a vast 600m² exterior featuring a dining area, relaxation areas with sofas and deckchairs around the private heated pool, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue,
- private parking,
- a large, bright living room with fireplace and access to the terraces,
- a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a master suite with king-size bed (200cm) and en-suite bathroom (shower and WC),
- two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm),
- bathroom with bath/shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan,
- TV, satellite or cable, stereo system and WiFi.
