Overall we liked it!

My brother in law sleep in the coach and he said it’s kinda hard and not comfortable but my husband thank me a lot of time because he really liked the place.

Underwhelmed

The property is fine. It does not look like the photos. Furniture is beaten up and the room smells musty. If you are satisfied with just somewhere safe to sleep, this is fine.

Poor check in info

Other than check in, all was very good. There was zero info sent to me with codes or room number or anything!! Very stressful upon arrival. I had no idea what to do when I arrived at the Carolinian resort.

Hi Cora, thanks a lot for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear you liked the unit and had an overall enjoyable stay. At the same time, we're truly sorry for the inconvenience with the check-in instructions - this is very unlike us. The instructions are sent automatically 24 hours prior to arrival and this isolated incident might be an atypical system glitch. Nonetheless, we hope this didn't affect your overall experience much and that you'll stay with us again in the future. Best, Vivien.
