We invite you to be our guest in this adorable 1934 cottage that has been updated and is complete with all the comforts of home. Conveniently located 1 mile from downtown Estes Park there is a nice sidewalk system for walking/ biking to downtown shopping/restaurants, and the Lake Estes trail and marina. We are also close (1 mile) to the Estes Park Visitor Center, and hub for Estes Park Free Shuttles which provide free transportation to various stops throughout town and also Rocky Mountain National Park. If you haven't visited Estes Park before you will quickly learn that downtown Bond Park is center for many special events held throughout the year. Enjoy this close location for attending many of these great events such as the local Farmers Market held every Thursday, Arts and Craft shows, and a multitude of festivals. Although close to amenities our home boasts a large private patio with a hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor seating. The house is a comfortable two bedroom one bath home making it a great fit for couples, small families, or friends vacationing together. One bedroom holds a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The cozy living room has spectacular views of Lumpy Ridge and is complete with a fireplace, TV, and pull out sofa for additional sleep space. High Speed internet is also provided. Kitchen and dining space is stocked with all your cooking and dining needs, a coffee bar is also included in the kitchen. We aim to make your stay a delightful experience, upon arrival you will find an exceptionally clean home stocked with most essentials for a comfortable stay

Great for us!

Adorable little house that was a perfect fit for our little family. Cute little bedrooms, hot tub was fun and had a great view and loved the little bins of toys. The only downside was the TV didn’t work great.

Loved out stay at the cottage

We really enjoyed this quaint little cottage. It was well stocked (laundry pods, blow dryer, fan) and charming. My teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and the board games available. Short drive to a free parking ramp and downtown/grocery store/Stanley Hotel area). Host’s responsiveness & communication was excellent. If we are in the area again, we will certainly be back.

Perfect

We are a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 kids under 7 including a 7 month old. The location was easy to find. It is close to downtown, a brewery, a coffee shop and Dollar General. We enjoyed the hot tub. The house is equipped with just about everything you’d need. My baby used the included pack n play. My older two kids slept great in the twin beds. My kids were happy there were some books, blocks and games at the house and my oldest learned how to play checkers. The house is perfect for a couple or family with a couple of small children. The only thing I would have liked included was a high chair for my youngest. We would recommend and may even book again in the future!
