This is the third year we've stayed at this property. The home is beautiful, we'll appointed, immaculately clean, with a view unmatched on Cape Ann. A great experience! Highly recommend.

The entire front yard is perennials & wild flowers. The location is magical. The view from the front windows & deck is the water & Thatcher island with 2 lighthouses! Just a 15 minute walk to Cape Hedge beach & a very short drive into the village. We hope to stay again next summer.

Fantastic home

We loved our stay in Rockport. The home is beautiful, as are the views of the ocean. It was walking distance to the beach and a short drive to downtown Rockport. Katha was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Katha's home is simply wonderful. The views of the ocean and Thacher Island are breathtaking. But this property is not an empty shell renovation operated by some property management company who knew the location would lure unsuspecting renters. It is a HOME with a soul (thanks to Katha). Original artwork, wonderful bedding (loved the wool blanket), super comfy king-size bed, all the (good) coffee and tea you could ever drink, and windows everywhere letting in all of that glorious (forget your troubles) sunshine. Katha's home will permanently etch itself in your memory of all things beautiful and meaningful.

Fantastic Rockport rental

We were lucky enough to stay here over the holidays and had a fantastic stay. Katha was extremely communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained with clear directions for all appliances and recommendations for local restaurants. The views are amazing. I would recommend this rental and Katha as a host for anyone looking to stay in Rockport.

Wonderful winter stay

Staying at this property was a special treat. The views from the living area and master bedroom were second to none and we especially enjoyed seeing the sun rise on the days we were here. The walks around the house are also delightful. The property is clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was refreshingly well stocked, which made cooking easy. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay and explore Cape Ann.

Friends Getaway

Everything about this property, from the location to the residence was beautiful. Lacking nothing and actually beyond our expectations! Lovely greeting upon arrival and the history of the House and the area was appreciated by all of us. Rockport, even off season,was great to experience. We will be back.

Annual retreat

We have been coming to Rockport for 41 years. This was our best overall experience. We arived under difficult circumstances having evacuated from our home in western north carolina after Hurricane Helene. Our host, Katha, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful and the vistas breathtaking.we will return!

House with ocean view

The house was beautiful with ocean views visible from the entire downstairs as it has an open floor plan as well as one of the upstairs bedrooms (the master bedroom) When we had a question it was very easy to get in touch with the hostess.

Stunning sunrises!

Very cute New England experience! Katha was wonderful and attentive. The kitchen was well stocked. The home was clean, cute and perfect for us. We were a group consisting of 3 couples. Perfect for family as well. Waking up every morning to the most stunning sunrises. We would definitely stay again.

Spectacular Stay!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Communication with the owner was delightful, the property is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean view is second to none. Everything from the design of the house to the amenities is carefully and beautifully thought out. For example, every kitchen tool you can think of was available, thick towels, beautiful linens, all super quality. We are already thinking about a longer stay next year! Highly, highly recommend.

Rockport Dreamland

Make no mistake—I think this house was expensive for a winter rental by the shore. However, what a great house! Beautiful design, comfortable beds, thoughtful and generous amenities, fully equipped modern kitchen—and boy, what a view! If you want to treat yourself special, Eden Cove the place to be.

Intoxicating

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family is from Gloucester and Rockport and we having becoming back for over four decades. The views from the cottage are absolutely beautiful. Didn’t matter day or night, we were on the porch staring at the ocean views. Never turned on the AC and the ocean breezes were fantastic. Highly recommend this cottage.

Katha was attentive and communicative. The location and view can’t be beat. We stayed once before it was renovated and we’re thrilled to find all we needed for cooking, which we love. I highly recommend. This house is one of my favorite all time places.

Perfect cottage with an ocean view

The property was perfect for reconnecting with our two adult children and their spouses. The host thought of everything we might need to make our stay more comfortable. The weather was cool and overcast, but the house was cozy and full of light despite the clouds - and the view is spectacular. The house is well laid-out to provide plenty of space for everyone. Parking was never a problem during our stay.

Great property, location, and views.

Very nicely remodeled home with quality furnishings that is very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained. The large front deck is awesome for enjoying the views of Thacher Island, the ocean, and all the boats day and night. (In my opinion, the online photos don’t do the view justice.) The location is somewhat private and secluded, minimizing local traffic and offering the opportunity for long leisurely walks and more great views. At the same time the location is very convenient to Rockport and Gloucester. My wife and I very much enjoyed our two week stay in July and hope to stay there again.
