Njut av tiden bort från verkligheten i detta tre sovrum, ett badrum i New England kolonial, bara en timme norr om Boston och centralt beläget till allt som Rockport har att erbjuda. Också nära till andra Northshore-städer som historiska Gloucester, Ipswich, Essex, Salem och Manchester by the Sea.

Huset har ett komplett kök med rostfria vitvaror, central luftkonditionering och trådlöst internet. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet i nedervåningen och de två sovrummen på övervåningen har båda stora sängar. Huset kan sova upp till 7 bekvämt!

This is by far my favorite rental in Rockport! Erin is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean (I have high standards) and well stocked and comfortable. And just a quick walk into town!

This is an amazing property and our family enjoyed four nights here. We walked easily to the beach and to shops and restaurants. It was perfectly clean and comfortable and we loved the amount of detailed information Erin left for us for our time in Rockport. She had excellent recommendations! Highly, highly recommend!

Great location, very clean house and backyard. Walking distance to beach, center of town and eateries including Rockport brewery. The house had all the items you needed for your stay including towels, bedding, room fans, iron. AC worked great, large refrigerator with ice box. Perfect location for our stay-visited Salem, JHammond castle, went to movie theater-ate at restaurants in town and Gloucester-less the 30 minute drives. Plus driveway fit our 2 vehicles. I would recommend this 4 bed room house plus washer and dryer if needed. Very nice shower/bathroom. Spent mornings drinking tea and reading on the patio that had chairs, tables and umbrella. There also was a BBQ grill.

We have stayed at six different places in Rockport, and this set up is the best. Great host with a well equipped home, good location, short, walk into town, and good parking. Thanks for having us.

We had wonderful time in Rockport! The space was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was close to Front Beach and the popular Bearskin Neck shopping area. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

I booked this property for a small group of friends (women over 60) who get together annually for a few days each fall to relax and reconnect. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and we were impressed by the owner’s attention to details. We have already made our reservation for next year.

Enjoyed the stay

We had a very enjoyable visit. The welcome package was well used and enjoyed. The one bathroom was workable but rough on people sleeping on the second floor. Overall, the 4 of us enjoyed the house.

This house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. It was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and was a great central location to spend time with family and friends in Rockport. Front Beach, and Bearskin Neck are in close walking distance. We enjoyed dinner the Lobster Pool and Talise, saw a movie at the Cape Ann Community Cinema and walked to the Dairy Train for ice cream many times. Lots of fun!

Great property!

We stayed here for a couple of weeks while our house renovation was being completed nearby. The property is wonderful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Being locals, I can say it is in a very central area, with easy access to downtown Rockport, the train to Boston, and the beach. Erin the owner was wonderful to work with. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to enjoy the beauty of Cape Ann!

Wonderful place!

This property is as advertised...clean, private, safe. Short walk to the beach and the shops of downtown Rockport, train station is a 2 minute walk. There were three adults in our party but room for two couples and two singles - more space than we needed. Every item and supply you might want for a day at the beach or cooking a meal was provided. Would recommend and stay again!

Lovely property with everything you could need. Location was great- 10 min walk to beach, 15 min walk to shops. Unfortunately construction across street was a bit loud but we were out most days. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cute and quaint house with a pretty backyard. So close to town and the train, as well as the beach. The kitchen was really well equipped and you can easily cook a big meal, plus there is a grill in the backyard. The host was fantastic about communicating with me when I left something behind. Highly recommend this comfy home.

The Perfect Oasis

The location of this house was perfect for the slower paced vacation we were hoping for traveling with a toddler. We were able to easily walk down to Front beach, Bearskin Neck, and many excellent restaurants and shops. It was also a short drive away from having awesome day trips to Ipswich, Gloucester, and even Salem. For those who love to visit in larger towns and cities, but prefer to unwind and relax outside of them, this location was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better place, location, or host. We look forward to staying again!

Quick getaway

My husband and I wanted to go Whale Watching so we booked Erin’s house. The house was Perfect….warm, welcoming and so comfortable. Erin gave great ideas for where to go, what to do. Unfortunately a storm prohibited us from whale watching but we loved touring around Rockport, Gloucester and Salem. Definitely a great weekend

Lovely Rockport!

The home is absolutely lovely! Very spacious for 5 adults. The updated kitchen has anything you would possibly need for “stay in” meals. The gas grill has all the utensils too. Bedrooms are spacious in size. The bathroom is gorgeous with a nice walk in shower! The outdoor back patio is perfect for an afternoon read or cocktails outside. We loved the walk ability to Rockport beaches, village and Bearskins Neck. Check in very easy too!

We had a wonderful week

The house was clean, well equipped and convenient to nearby attractions in Rockport and Gloucester. Front Beach is a beautiful spot and less than half-a-mile away. The backyard is larger than it looks in the pictures and very private. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and includes ample seating for dining at the table and breakfast bar. The washer and dryer are quiet and efficient. My wife, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Rockport

The house it's just beautiful. It's in a great location, easy to drive anywhere you want to go. The home has AC, and there were fans also.The kitchen had everything one would need. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels,pillows and blankets. The stairs to the up stairs bedrooms are steep as in home description. They weren't really a problem for us, but definitely something to note. Communication with the host was great. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
