You'll be able to arrive on your own thanks to a secure key box located right next to the entrance. All instructions are sent prior to your arrival for a simple, quick and stress-free check-in.

The studio is located on the first floor, in a lively and typical downtown area. Some evening noise activity may occur, reflecting the local atmosphere. If you're looking for a totally silent environment, this may not be what you're looking for.

As with many older seaside homes, there may be some natural dampness. Good daily ventilation is recommended (absorbers supplied) to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

The bedding is a quality sofa-bed (125x190 cm), fitted with a mattress topper to optimize comfort. It is ideally suited to short or medium-term stays, with carefully maintained bedding.

The bathroom is compact, with a functional individual shower. Every element has been designed for ease of use and efficiency.

There is no washing machine, but a laundromat is less than 2 minutes' walk away, for greater flexibility during longer stays.

Personal toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) are not provided. Bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is non-smoking, not suitable for pets and not authorized for parties or events, in respect of the neighborhood and the well-being of all.
