Denna lägenhet är privat men i stan. Det ligger bakom ett restaurerat viktoriansk hem 1876. Fastigheten ligger högt på en kulle i staden, två kvarter från havet med utsikt över vattnet.

Lägenheten har privat åtkomst bakom garaget, på andra våningen och har utsikt över poolen och eldstaden (intill), Grand Manan Island, den pittoreska trädgården i Lubec och Kanadas berömda Campobello Island. Tillgång till pool och eldstad ingår inte. Visa bron till Campobello Island medan du tittar på natthimlen i din egen två-personiga badtunna. (Observera att badtunnan nu är vinter och inte tillgänglig förrän i april)
För matlagning finns en Jen Air-gasspis med sidogrill. Strålningsvärme håller tårna smaka på de svala kvällarna. Lyssna på dimmahornet från en fullstor säng och titta på stjärnorna ovanför genom ett stort takfönster.

Great little studio

We literally were only in the apt for 12 hours as part of a longer trip but it was really well maintained, easy to access and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay

Absolutely perfect spot to stop on a long road trip. The host was amazing and even left the lights on for us when he saw that we were going to be getting in late. Absolutely would stay here again.

Lubec with VRBO

I love Lubec and this property is right in the middle of the town near restaurants, bridge to Canada, IGA, etc. The apartment was clean and well equipped and that was important since during the off season it is a challenge to find restaurant food so I cooked for most of the meals.

Great getaway

The studio apartment was the perfect place for a long weekend in Lubec. The neighborhood was quiet, and the apartment was conveniently located. Lunch or dinner in town was a ten minute walk away. A lovely place to stay!

Quiet getaway!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this cute, quiet spot in lubec. Everything in downtown lubec is a quick walk from the studio. Geno is great with communication and is happy to answer any questions you may have!

Great accommodation in Lubec, Maine

I spent one night in this lovely studio apartment! Everything was wonderful, just as described. The location was just two blocks from the downtown. Great off-road parking and a lovely deck that included a hot tub. The location and space were perfect for my visit to Lubec!

Great getaway!

Great place for couples to stay with private hot tub on deck. Only thing to be aware of is it’s not handicap accessible. There are steep, narrow steps up to this particular apartment and a small shower. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to stay for the average couple or single person.

private with a view!

We arrived a bit early but were welcomed in by our gracious host. The place was just as described, but even better in person. It is private and well situated with the right amount of furniture. It was clean and well put together. Would recomend!

We were very happy with our accommodations. Geno was very friendly and easy to communicate with. You are right in town and a quick walk from food and the harbor. The hot tub was clean and hot as promised. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and great location!

Albeit we did not spend much time in the rental unit, it was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. It had everything we needed - bed, air conditioning, TV, sofa, full kitchen and a hot tub! Highly recommend this guest and stay for those exploring the area.

Lovely pet friendly studio apartment with hot tub. Super quiet neighborhood. Large off street parking space (we had a trailer). Unit is not handicap accessible. Comfortable and bright with skylights. Easy walk to main street and nice view of the water. Easy to communicate with host Geno.

Great for Couples

Great spot near Lubec's main street. Clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a short stay. The hot tub was the cherry on top after a long day of hiking or exploring the area. Geno was very friendly and responsive.

Lubec has that "secret town" feel that Nantucket had in the 70s and 80s. I love the place! You will too.

Private It's like going back in time here. The town is classic New England, laid-back and not crowded. The ocean is at the bottom of the hill where you will also find the village with a nice variety of restaurants and pubs. There's even home made beer at the Brew Pub.
The 2 person Hot Tub is amazing!
