In the town of BELZ, charming Breton house, with GARDEN. Located 2 km from the town center of BELZ and its shops, 1.5 km from the Ria d'Etel as well as 16 km from Carnac and 25 km from Quiberon.
4-room house (approx. 113 m², ground floor, + 1 floor) for 6 people, including on the ground floor, a living room, a dining room, a relaxation area, laundry area (washing machine, dryer), a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, gas stove with 3 gas burners, an oven, a hood and a sink), toilet, a bathroom.
The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 140 x 190 in the first two bedrooms and 2 beds of 90*190 in the last, a corridor with cupboards and railing for children.
Garden with terrace and outdoor furniture.
Pets are not accepted.
