Welcome to Rock’s Ridge, a spectacular lakeview townhouse that has it all. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath townhouse with a private outside hot tub, beautifully furnished with cathedral ceilings, stone gas burning fireplace, and modern fully equipped granite and stainless kitchen.

Perfect for the whole family! The kids can play games and watch TV in the Bear Cave while parents enjoy free-time in the adjacent open living room, dining area and kitchen. Relax in the private hot tub, barbecue on our gas grill, and enjoy dinner on the spacious deck.

Comfort and amenities abound with ceiling fans throughout and central air conditioning. Too cold outside? Enjoy a relaxing soak in our Whirlpool tub in the master bath or curl up in front of the gas-lit fireplace. There are 4 flat screen Roku TVs, free WiFi, and board games for family fun.

Ready for some outdoor fun? The Poconos offer something to do all year long!

Enjoy year round fun at Penn’s Peak mountain top entertainment venue, Blue Ridge Estates Winery or Mountain View Vineyard and Winery. Like waterparks? Year round H20 indoor water park is minutes away in Split Rock resort and Kalhari and Camelbeach are only 20 minutes!

Wintertime fun includes skiing, snowboarding and tubing at Big Boulder Mountain, just a few minutes walk from our front door!! Jack Frost Mountain is a short ten minute drive through scenic Lake Harmony and Camelback is only a half hour drive.

Spring time offers the opportunity to hit the links at the PGA-rated Jack Frost National or Split Rock Golf Clubs. Pocono Raceway is around the corner along with skydiving, horseback riding, tubing, white water rafting, & hiking to waterfalls!

Summertime on the Lake! The private Boulder Lake Club offers a beach, beach recliners, in-ground pool, boat rentals, tennis courts, Bocce ball court and outdoor bar! Guest passes must be purchased to use the lake club amenities: A 4-day weekend pass is only $75 for four guests OR A 7-or Day pass is $100 for four guests with additional passes an affordable $15 per person. Additional rental fees apply for all Lake Club boat, tennis and recreational activities. (Prices subject to change per Lake Club rules.)

Communicative Owners Comfortable Lodging

Members of my family had a very nice time spending a long weekend at Rock's Ridge to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. The house was very comfortable for our group of six adults and three children, We appreciated how clearly everything was spelled out, how stocked the kitchen was, and especially how communicative the owners were to our questions and needs. They let us check in an hour earlier than the appointed time, followed up when the cleaners found medication my father had accidentally left behind, and also very kindly sent a gift basket for my parents. I'd highly recommend staying at this house!

Labor Day Weekend

Great house and location! Very clean and not too far from many attractions. Only thing I didn’t realize you had to pay to use the pool until we got there (missed that). We would definitely go back

Family Vacation

We take a vacation every year with our unusually large family ~ we have 7 kids ages 8-23. Our oldest is married and has our 1 year old granddaughter. We struggle finding a place that meets everyone's wants and needs with such a large age range, but this has been by far the best place yet! And we were totally impressed with how well stocked the house was~ pack n play, high chair, and had every pot/pan and utensil you could ever need! Thank you for blessing us with such great memories for our family!

We had a blast staying for a few days near Big Boulder! Property was clean and well appointed and super close to Big Boulder for some snow tubing with the kids!

Beautiful home in a peaceful place

This is our second stay at this property. The home is lovely and there is plenty of room for a large group. The house was very clean and having towels and sheets provided was a nice touch! Krista was a pleasure to book with. There are alot of activities close by. We will absolutely stay again!

Amazing Home!

We were a group of 8 & we had plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies. Plenty of towels. Very clean. Recommend this place community was very serene. Just lovely. Host was quick with responses & questions we had. Great place to stay.

Family Reunion

We loved the house, especially the Hot Tub.,Kidsl loved video machine . Well stocked kitchen, except needs kitchen scissors( yours was rusted), grill thermometer is broken, you could provide small portable one. It was nice to have extra towells, spices& enjoyed deck. Due to mud filled lake, we couldn’t kayak.,We would come back! Thanks again!
