The studio offers all the necessary comfort just steps away from Port Olona, everything will be accessible on foot, local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...), cinema, Chaume quay with its bars, restaurants...
The accommodation consists of an entrance with two bunk beds in 90 that leads to a living room-dining room-kitchen open to a balcony, equipped with a convertible sofa bed in 140, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a dresser, and a TV.
From a fully equipped open and functional kitchen, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hobs...
From a bathroom with a beautiful shower cabin, a sink cabinet, and a toilet.
Finally, during your summer evenings, you can sip an aperitif on the balcony equipped with a garden lounge.
For more convenience, you will have access to a free outdoor parking space, right in front of the residence.
