Our modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is nestled along the tree-lined Eagle River in Avon, Coloradoâjust 5 minutes from the Beaver Creek Bear Lot shuttle and 15 minutes from Vail. It offers the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience, with thoughtfully curated finishes, luxury mid-century modern furnishings, and walkable access to everything you need for a memorable stay.
Inside, youâll find an open-concept living space with a plush oversized sofa, a fully stocked kitchen, and a cozy dining area that invites you to relax after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom features a queen Casper memory foam bed and a private en-suite bathroom with heated floors. The second bedroom also includes a queen Casper One bed and easy access to a second full bath. Enjoy cable TV and access to all your streaming services including Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, and more.
Step outside and youâre just a short walk from the free Bear Lot shuttle, multiple bus stops offering free transportation around Avon and to Vail and Edwards, and some of the valleyâs best amenities. Billy Harllee Àr vÀrd
Billy grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved to Austin, Texas in 2007 and lived there for nearly 10 years. He visited Colorado in the summer of 2015. That amazing weather was a game-changer for him. So much so, in fact, that one year later he packed up and moved to Denver.
Caryn is a Colorado native. The beauty of the state was nothing new to her. Just a few months after Billy moved to Denver, both he and Caryn coincidently attended a run club which is where they first met. Two years later they tied the knot and the rest is history.
They're both very active. Caryn is an avid runner but also enjoys hiking, weight training, and yoga. Billy is an avid cyclist and swimmer and also enjoys hiking. Fall weekends are typically filled watching football which is a big passion of theirs.
