Great place, excellent location!

We had a great time at this place visiting Winter Park. Very clean, cozy place, and the rec center and hot tubs were great after a long day at the mountain.

February stay in Winter Park

Convenient location, easy walk to dining (lots of good options). We chose to drive to the mountain although the bus stop was very close. Lots of parking. Hot tub close by although we didn’t use it.

Very nice condo

Very nice condo, close access to Winter Park. No smells, very clean, very good kitchen amenities. Heat works very well. Great place to stay for a week of skiing.

It was ok. The walls were thin , the neighbors were noisy, was a bit overpriced but for two nights it was ok.

Convenient but cramped

Very clean. Convenient location right around the corner from the #25 bus stop. Only real complaint is the lack of hanging space!

Good value

Exactly as advertised. Bed and pullout comfortable. Water hot. Clean. Main level was nice. Blue line shuttle to WP very convenient. Short walk to pool/hot tubs.

Perfect location great spot

Clean and Close to the Mountain

It’s a very small space, but we weren’t there much and it had everything we needed. And we loved how close it was to both the mountain and the town of Winter Park.

terrible sleeper sofa

no room to open the sleeper sofa without cramming everything else in front of the door. and the sleeper was too small for an adult. There was also incorrect nonsense call to the manager about how to get in early using the door code which cost us to wait 2 hours uncesessarily

Small rental gets the job done

-Two exterior porch lights were nonfunctional. -There was a Kwikset mechanical style lock outside the door that I thought the was for the door. After 10 minutes of messing with that, my wife found an electronic keypad. Maybe we would’ve seen that sooner if the lights were working. -Thermostat set at 65 was PLENTY warm. Does it need calibration? -This place was very clean. The kitchen had nice appliances. -It would’ve been nice to have complimentary coffee. -It seems the unit was remodeled within the last 5 years and was in good shape with modern appliances. -The queen bed was like any other low grade hotel/vacation rental bed. It felt cheap by being bouncy and sinking towards the middle. -The pool/hot tub/recreation center seemed new and was a short walk away. One of the proximity passes for the pool complex was missing (supposed to be 2). -Bottom line is I would not stay here again just based upon the bed situation.

Cozy condo

Cozy condo for family with two young kids. Kitchen was well stocked. The Rec center and playground was a huge bonus for the kids. We took advantage of the late check out option, which was great for a powder morning.
