- A first air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, smart TV, dressing room and a private shower room.
- A second air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room and smart TV, as well as a magnificent view of the sea.
- A separate full shower room with toilets.
- Additional separate toilets for more convenience.
- And for optimal comfort and calm, soundproof double-pane windows throughout the apartment.
Located in a bourgeois building along the seafront avenue, you will enjoy the scent of the sea while having breakfast on the terrace, and be able to walk to the beaches within minutes.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 10 minutes by car from the Cannes train station.
It is 35 minutes by car from the Nice CĂŽte dâAzur airport.
You have your own car? There is a private parking spot for you on the property.
