Great locations but…

Place was not the cleanest. You can tell the floors haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Everything in the house felt dirty. Broken glass on the deck. Won’t be staying here again.

Nashville trip

The property had a nice layout we especially enjoyed the livingroom and kitchen area there was enough room for everyone in there comfortably. The AC was not working on the 3rd floor when we arrived they did get someone out the next day to fix it but the first night was rough for everyone to sleep comfortably. The rooftop was nice but needs some new furniture as most of it was broken down. The cleanliness was not the best socks were black in 5 minutes of walking arpund. We also would suggest extra blankets incase someone wanted to sleep on the couch and some kicken stuff would be nice. It a nice location and easy to get downtown. Overall our stay was ok.

Location great, place was just ok.

Great location if you don't want to be right near downtown. We took Ubers to most of our destinations and it is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport, Opryland, and downtown Nashville. We liked the fact there were 3 separate rooms (but be prepared for stairs, each room is on a different floor). Pros: +On-site laundry +Fully stocked kitchen +Plenty of seating and room in the main living space +Rooftop patio +Parking garage Cons: -Electrical concerns - had to flip the breaker multiple times for the heating/cooling system. Difficulty with bedroom lights/fans as well in the upper bedroom on the 3rd floor. -No working coffee maker. -Bathroom and floors were not very clean (especially on the 3rd floor)

Lots of potential

The beds were comfy and there was a shuttle bus conveniently for the rides to Downtown, but this place needs upkeep and regular maintenance. The owner does not know what is even in the property. Told us there was an espresso machine and there wasn’t. It needs little things for the kitchen. Seems like whatever cleaning service they use, they should get a new one. Our feet should not have been black after walking around barefoot. They gave us bath mat towels for hand towels. It could also use a decor update and some paint to cover where the walls have been clearly patched. This place has the potential to be very nice and conveniently close to downtown. With a little love it could be great!

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so nice to have a private garage for our rental car, and we had plenty of space for everyone to get ready (there were 5 of us, but you could comfortably fit more if people share beds). Everything was clean upon arrival. There were towels and toiletries provided. Although we didn't end up taking advantage - I received a text that we could get into the space early because it was ready for us. Kudos to the customer service team! The clean up instructions were super clear and easy as well. You can definitely tell the space has had some wear and tear (dings and markings on the walls), but nothing that warrants reducing this from a 5 star experience.

Tons of potential

The apartment has a ton of potential if it was kept up properly. We had to call the cleaning service out to come in the next morning to change all the sheets and comforters (all stained). The floors weren’t clean (black feet). The shower curtains were changed as well. The pots for cooking were scarce; we had to cook dinner in stages. The coffee pot can be updated. The beds were comfortable but being your own pillow, there were no mattress or pillow protectors. Great driving distance to downtown and other necessities like coffee and grocery stores.

Great stay

Everything was great except the customer service. The home was nice and clean and stocked with amenities but we had problems getting into the front door with little to no instruction….customer service couldn’t provide accurate codes for the padlock or door. We ended up just using the garage code and back door. Other than that hiccup everything was fantastic.

A Decent Homebase

The place itself is very spacious, comfortable beds, with a great kitchen and balcony. It acted as a great Homebase during our trip! But some things to note, the floors were filthy (leaving our feet black), we did not have any trash bags or hand towels, and the tub wouldn’t drain at first. I’d still recommend staying here for convenience of the size and only being 15 from downtown, but the little negative things do add up!

Nice stay

The property was perfect inside. All the pictures are accurate. The only thing that needs improvement is where the dumpsters are for the trash. There was so much trash that people were piling up on the outside of the dumpsters.

Nice Place

We stayed there the week of Thanksgiving and really enjoyed the home - good location (15 min to everything). Very comfortable beds and really nice showers. A few suggestions: put blinds on 2 of bedrooms so we aren't woke up at crack of dawn, ceiling fans are full of dust (needs cleaning), need more than 1 tea towel, new bathroom rugs on main level. All in all, a very nice place to stay but definitely would recommend doing the above to make it a 5 star.

Easy access to downtown

Property was nice except we found it was not clean. Much dust and dirt throughout property. Actually seemed as if it had not been cleaned at all recently based by how heavy the dust was under the beds and in closets. Several guests in our party felt they had allergic reactions whenever they were in the property! This place really needs the deep cleaning done that we paid for with the booking!

Not clean and horrible stay

Our rental had dirty towels left, dishes were dusty and dirty with what looked like drywall dust, counter appliances were the same. Main floor toilet was not even secured to floor. Called management company and they said they couldn’t fix it, the builder had to, this place should not have been rented. Sat on balcony a couple evenings, heard fun fire the one night. Was awaken every night by idiots riding and revving there motorcycle up and down between the buildings, as well as at 3am had the motorcycle issue and groups of drunk people screaming and yelling. Called the cops! Should get at least a partial refund. This was NOT a relaxing stay and would not recommend this place to anyone. Also not good for a family with small kids, as there is one bedroom on each of the three floors.
