Absolutely Adorable House

We came to Nashville to celebrate our daughter’s 21st Birthday. The house and location was great! The host was very friendly and helpful. Most definitely will rent from them again ❀

Nashville getaway

Me and 7 other people stayed at this property and it was perfect! The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. The home was so cute! There was plenty of room for us all! It was close to downtown. They also provided a number and discount to a shuttle service which was better than Uber in my opinion and it only cost 5 dollars a person. I’d definitely stay again.

Family get together

It worked for our party of 7. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to sit down together for meals because there was not enough seating for all of us. We noticed a lot of dog hair under the sofa. Limited parking.We were glad it was close to downtown. For the most part it worked for us. We would rent it again.

Spring break 2023

The house was amazing! We was a family of 3 and it was enough room for us all! From the bedroom, to the living room, to the kitchen, to the game room and the outside fire pit. We had no complaints. Kristen was amazing, she kept in contact and made sure everything was ready by time we checked in. Even with the power outage, she constantly checked on us! We definitely love our first trip to Nashville TN!

Nashville Girls Trip

I was disappointed in the condition of the yard. Weeds were blocking the gate to enter the property. And the whole yard was not taken care of. The bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were clean and lovely. The downstairs bedroom on the left did not have adequate lighting and because of the neighborhood was not the best, I didn’t feel opening the blinds. The quilt smelled bad, and felt dirty. I wouldn’t walk on the area rug because it was either really dirty or stained. The carpet upstairs was in the same condition. The bed in the other bedroom downstairs was literally on pallets that stuck out so if you weren’t careful, you could injure yourself.

Very enjoyable stay. The home was clean. stocked with comfortable furnishings and Nashville styled decor. Beautiful wood floors on the first floor. Large kitchen that was well stocked and easy to work in. The back yard was like a little oasis in the city. The location was great and not far from the Farmers Market and the wedding activities we attended.

Going to Nashville, book here!

House was very nice, accommodating our group of 7 adults and 1 toddler. It was clean upon arrival and Kristen thought of many amenities including coffee and laundry pods. House is cutely decorated and we felt safe in the area. Looks to be and up and coming part of Nashville. Would recommend staying here and if we’re ever in area again will definitely book here.

Six of us stayed for a work conference. Everyone had their own space, but we would congregate in the evenings around the fire pit together.

This house is perfectly located within minutes of any attraction in Nashville. House had ample space for 9 adults. The owners even helped out with giving us wood for the fire pit.

Disgusting - look elsewhere for accommodations!

We checked in at 11pm on a Tuesday and had moved to a new home by 11am Wednesday morning. I'm honestly shocked that other raters on here had a 5 star experience. Having worked in the rental home industry and needing to book travel on a monthly basis I was incredibly disappointed in this rental that we booked for my 4oth birthday in Nashville. When we walked into the rental the place had an unpleasant pet or pet accident smell. I'd guess this had to do with the 5 large stains in the carpeted area of the common space upstairs and my husband refused to take his socks off and walk barefoot around the house. There were dirty clothes on the floor, many pieces of furniture were broken, the towels had holes in them, the kitchen sink faucet was not secured to the counter, there was a keg in the backyard, the lawn furniture and grill cover were full of mold and mildew, there were at least 6 species of bugs crawling around the place and two of my roommates woke up to spiders crawling on them, the refrigerator looked like it had never been cleaned. We were asked many times to document our issues and we provided them to the property management company - Evolve. We were told the owners may fix the issues but I wasn't going to spend my vacation with the home owners shampooing the carpets, spraying for spiders, replacing the linens, cleaning the house, replacing the lawn furniture and repairing the appliances. It is not unreasonable to assume that everything would have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Additionally, there are no less than 3 houses being built around the rental property and having a conversation on the front or back porch was impossible because of the noise.

The house was very clean. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Would recommend this place to other family/friends :) Pretty good location to music row as well!
