Beautiful Condo with such comfy beds

We loved staying in 410. It was spacious enough for our family and well maintained. The beds were especially comfortable. My only complaint on the week was the music coming from the bar area. Not only was it LOUD but Not Suitable for Families.

Hello Jenny, Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re thrilled to hear that 410 was spacious and well-maintained, and that the beds were especially comfortable for your family. We truly appreciate you bringing up your concern about the music from the bar area. We understand how disruptive loud music, especially with inappropriate content, can be. We’ll definitely take your feedback into consideration and look into ways to address this for future guests. We’re so glad you had a wonderful stay overall, and we hope to welcome you back soon! Best regards

We have stayed at this resort many times and had a great time! The only negative was the change in pool policies - no floats were allowed in the pools. Being that one of our guests did not swim, they were very uncomfortable in the pool. Also, with the heat, having to get out and onto a poolside chair (if you could find one not occupied) was not a good option. Totally understand not allowing huge floatation devices, but the smaller ones that are like chairs should be allowed.

Overall great property

We loved our stay here. The room and views were amazing! The only issue we had was that it seemed they waited until the hour before we showed up to turn on the fridge, which took about two days to cool down. The washing machine did not work as well, and we went down to the front desk three times to inform them and no one showed up to fix it. Either then those two minor things, we loved this property and would for sure stay here again!

Great Location for Extended Family Getaway

There were seven of us who met at this property for a long weekend. Check in was easy and the view was amazing. The condo was huge with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Kitchen was well equipped and the balcony was outstanding. The condo did stay fairly warm in the living room despite having the air conditioning on, but the rooms were comfortable for sleeping and the breeze off the patio was great. The property itself had several pools, access to the beach and a restaurant with a couple of bars. It is worth noting that there are a lot of steps to get down to the pools and the beach and no elevator. It took us awhile to locate the ramp to help get our mom down there with her walker.
