Check in was fabulous. Condo needed some TLC. The back porch door mechanism failed and for 2 days, we could not get in or out of the door until maintenance could replace it (they tried to fix it temporarily the first day but the mechanism failed again immediately after he left). Maintenance guys were fantastic and this was no reflection on them whatsoever. Before they fixed it, the door stuck terribly. There is floor missing in one of the master bedroomsâŠ. The sub flooring is actually showing. Some of the outlets donât work. There was NO lighting outside the front door that worked, so getting down the stairs at night was hard forMy 82 year old mother. I can tell the owners have tried to update it and the kitchen was great and well stocked. For the price, it should be a bit more updatedâŠ.. and not being able to use the back door to the beach for two days was a bummer and a bit inconvenientâŠ. Not to mention a fire hazard. However, We still had a great family vacation week, so thank you!
