FrĂ„n vardagsrummet och privat Lanai du kommer att ha utsikt FRÅN MAKENA TILL West Maui Mountains, inklusive utsikt över öarna Molokini, Kahoolawe och Lanai.

Vi har Àven vÄr egen liten ö som du kan gÄ ut till genom de grunda, sandiga vattnen utanför vÄr strand. Stranden Àr 50 "frÄn vÄr lÀgenhet med stand-up paddel ombordstigning (SUP), surfing, kajakpaddling, snorkling och fiske Äret runt.

Det finns ocksÄ en park med en lekplats, volleybollplan, baseball fÀlt och tvÄ komplexen skridskoÄkning. Vardagsrummet och Lanai har utsikt över solnedgÄngar, valar under sÀsong, surfare, SUP-talet och stödben (Wailea Outrigger Club parkerar sina bÄtar rÀtt ut framför).

VILL DU lÀra sig att surfa? Granne kan du registrera dig för surf / paddleboard lektioner och hyra surfbrÀdor, stand-up paddleboards, kajaker, snorklar / Dyk utrustning och cyklar. Lektionerna Àger rum över gatan, ingen körning krÀvs .. FrÄn ditt hem kan du gÄ 5 miles lÀngs strÀnder och spÄr att den södra delen av Wailea.

Livsmedel, restauranger, cykel och motor skoter uthyrning, affÀrer och nya Maui bussen Àr inom 2-3 block. Harley Davidson motorcykel hyror ligger ocksÄ inom gÄngavstÄnd. Du kan spendera din semester utan en bil eller bara hyra en för ett par dagar för sÀrskilda resor.

Great condo

Great condo complete with essentials we needed to enjoy our time in Maui - boogie boards, snorkel gear, coolers, chairs and towels. The condo was very comfortable and in a convenient location.

Beautiful Vacation Getaway

The condo was well appointed with everything needed. We especially enjoyed the beach gear, coolers, etc. The evening sunsets were perfect. Our daughter enjoyed the loft area. The area is fun, walkable and had plenty of restaurants, grocery and shops to meet all of our needs. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Surfs Up!

Really nice condo unit with a perfect beginner surf break "the cove" right outside your window. Came with beach chairs, mats, and coolers. Great home base to explore Maui from with lots to do right in Kihei.

So perfect!

This condo was perfect for our 8 day stay. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai. Steps from the beach. Close to shopping and dining. The condo is very well stocked for a day at the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, beach toys, etc. Bill & Janet are super helpful. Hope to stay here again when we return in June.

Noise and Busy Street

Owners are nice but our expectation was to be on the beach, not across a very busy street. The noise of the air conditioning and fans eliminated any possible beach and wave sounds. Property description was overstated. Sorry. I moved to another property.

Well Appointed, Well Situated Condo in Kihei

We stayed in Bill and Janet's Kihei condo from 11/21/17 - 11/30/17. Their condo is very comfortable, clean and well situated to just about anything you may want to do in Kihei. Just make a trip to Costco on your way from the airport and you'll be good to go! We were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with some friends at the condo so I can tell you the kitchen is very well appointed (although we did an untraditional feast of fish, in lieu of turkey). We really did not want for anything while we stayed here. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores and enjoy the beach right across the street as well. I highly recommend this property. We would very happily stay here again. The on-site manager, Ed, was helpful and accommodating as well. Thank you so much!

Paradise is Here! (Adelaide - Australia)

What can we say? It is just the paradise. The unit is perfect! It has everything you need and more and it is so clean! Paula is helpful and can give you good tips about the island. Everything is spotless and we can walk to the shops and to the other beaches.Watching the whales jumping at he sunset from the balcony just made it even more special. Bill and Janet are wonderful. We had problems with Paypall and they were unbelievable helping us through he mess! I could write pages just describing how amazing it was our stay but I will just say that if you are looking for a place in Maui to stay, you found it! Cannot wait to go back!

Good value perfect location and helpful ownersgood beaches whitin walking distance.

Our family stayed for three weeks. We think this is the best location in Kihei and the condo has a wonderful view of the sunset/suntise from the balcony. The owners are friendly and helpful. We had a small probliem with the garbage disposal, and got it fixed within no time at all. The condo is fully equipped which was great since we cooked our own food. Dishwasher was a bonus so kids didn't have to do dishes. The area is quiet and the other neighbours friendly and hospitable. Grocery within walking distance, surfing across the street, great beaches within walking distance, private parking for rental car in the back. We can highly recommend this and would love to come back. To bad it's a 30 hour trip for us to get there!

Beautiful location

The location was amazing! Condo was good for a home base. Kitchen was lacking in things you’d need to cook a meal and a broom on site would be nice to have. There wasn’t a futon or pullout couch. And there was no grill on site. The drive lane in and out of the building was very tricky. If we would have had a bigger car I don’t know if we would have gotten it out without hitting the wall! The master bed was very comfy! AC worked great! Kids enjoyed the pool. Bill and Janet were great to work with. And they called to check on us during the tsunami!

Perfect stay!

Location can't be beat, and we love the cozy and homey feel of Bill and Janet's unit. It has everything you need for a relaxing Maui holiday. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Beautiful view of the ocean

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view on the balcony is beautiful. It was fun to see the paddle boarders in the morning and later the surf lessons. Great location. You can walk everywhere.

Great place to watch surfers from the lanai

We loved watching the surfers and canoe riders every morning from the lanai. Every day we drove 10 mins or less to visit a different beach, location was good for that or walking 3 mins to South Maui Gardens for food and entertainment

Had a great time snorkeling at Charley Young Park, close to South Maui Gardens with free movie night and paid Hula show. Surfing across the street and food within walking distance!!

Beautiful spot, not the best condo

It was a nice area beautiful beach and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed maui! The condo was clean but not what we expected. The couch didn't pull out or a futon and the stairs to go up to the loft where very steep. Check in was a disaster waited an hour to get a hold of the owner so we could get inside. Had to call vrbo to finally get the owner to answer. Also i am not sure they change the code to the condo for every new client that is a big security issue. It was small spot but lucky it was in such a beautiful location. The space was clean and everything worked well.

Amazing location

We had a delightful stay in Maui. Condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with an amazing view of the beach and delightful dining of all sorts in walking distance. The cooler, beach towels and beach chairs were so appreciated on our outings. Highly recommend for a fun stay on Maui.

We discovered Hawaii 27 years ago and explored every island and every beach on each island. We decided that the beaches off South Maui were the very best. From there we searched for the smallest, friendliest ocean view second home we could find. This photo was taken about 3 miles south of La Perouse Bay in July, 2013.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

South Kihei has the easiest access to the best beaches on Maui. Also, beach parking is free! We never get tired of watching the action taking place in the cove. At any given time during the day you will see locals and visitors enjoying all the water activities possible. Our central location allows you to walk to shopping, restaurants, local food marts, night clubs and county beaches, all within 10-15 minutes! But it's the full ocean view that puts it all together.....

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Watching whales and surfers from our living room and lanai, walking miles of beaches from our condo, affordable restaurants and shopping within a couple blocks walk. We love to take our one minute walk to the ocean's edge and spend an hour watching the sunset (which can also be seen from our living room and lanai). We have easy access into the water with our kayaks and SUP. We've recently taken up stand up paddle boarding (fun and sore, but a good workout). Our cove is a favorite for locals and visitors. The Wailea Outrigger Club parks right in front of our condo and can be seen going out every morning at sunrise and evening during sunset.
