Newly Remodel home with gated neighborhood access (across street) to boat ramp and dock on Lake Guntersville. Great for fishermen and family get togethers. Desirably located and just minutes from waterfront bait store and public boat ramps. Spacious tree covered lot with front porch and rear screened in deck for relaxing days. Parking for 4-5 boats with power outlets to keeps those batteries charged. This disinfected 1700 sq/ft spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath has one queen bed and four twin beds. Features large living room, game room, spacious kitchen, two dining areas, washer/dryer, dish washer, fire pit, gas grill, and WIFI.

We enjoyed our stay here. My family and I really loved it! It was so peaceful & relaxing. Lots of fun things to do together at the house and we enjoyed fishing at the pier. Friendly neighbors during our stay also! We will be back sometime!

Fisherman's Retreat Lake Guntersville

Love Lake Guntersville and area. Our stay was great! The house is very spacious for wife and I (and dog). The house is very clean, well furnished and equipped. Always nice to do laundry as needed. The circle drive helps for boat maneuvering and the car/boat covered port is nice. The private gated neighborhood ramp provides quick access for boat launch and recovery - made easy for wife to use truck as needed. Steve was GREAT to work with, providing quick answers to questions and going above and beyond helping with issues (unrelated to house)! City of Guntersville has done an outstanding job with the pier stores and restaurants with excellent food and entertainment. Already looking forward to going back!

3 day fishing getaway

Made a solo fishing trip to Lake Guntersville! This property was close to Mink Creek ramp and midway between Scottsboro and Guntersville, so it's very convenient. Property was clean, spacious and the property owner is very responsive! any questions.

Really nice place

The house was extremely clean, comfortable beds, and well appointed furnishings. The private boat ramp and dock was very close and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even had some spices and coffee in the cabinets. Over all a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended.

Awesome place!

This place was perfect for our fishing trip to Guntersville lake. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Clean and spacious. Pet friendly was a huge plus. The neighborhood private ramp is literally across the road. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing retreat

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a house located by the lake, and it was a truly delightful experience. The house itself was very comfortable, clean including the cozy furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. The layout was both functional and inviting, making it a perfect spot for relaxation or family gathering. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a traquil getaway with all the comforts of home.
