Cute bedroom with fireplace and TV. Bathroom has custom tile shower & granite counter tops. Centrally located in Kalispell, 30 minutes from Glacier National Park and 15 minutes from airpot. Downtown area 5 minutes away with dining and shopping. Rental cars available through me.

Pretty bad

Didn’t realize from posting there were additional tenets on the property. Surprised when someone was in the house. Housekeeping was bad. Rodent bait stations on the floor in the kitchen. Stayed one night then got a hotel. Asked for a refund for 3 days I did not spend at the property. The owner declined to refund. I would not recommend staying here.

Should be advertised as a ROOM only!!

Only one room in a house with bathroom. Not informed of road construction had to park nearby. Worked for us near West Glacier NP. Wouldn't recommend overall.

Cozy and comfortable

Trace's place had everything we needed for our stay in Kalispell. It was clean, had everything one might need, but forgotten at home and was a great space to retire at the end of the day.

Nice and comfortable. Bed seemed a bit small for a queen. Everything we needed except could use some towel hooks in bathroom and a hairdryer.

First impression not good.

Weeds growing up by porch. Treadmill on front porch. Room cramped with chairs, 2 fans, fireplace etc. It was 90 degreees out and no AC. Not a happy camper.

Small but cozy

This room was a little smaller than we would have liked but the amenities more than made up for it. Little touches like French Roast coffee, lavendar lotion, and ultra-soft towels made our stay enjoyable. Restaurants were within walking distance and we had no trouble getting an Uber or Lyft. We were only there for one night on each end of our trip but it was a nice alternative to high-priced local hotels.

Cute but crowded

It was cute. We needed more towels and there was not soap. Also it was very hot in the room, but we did have fans that cooled it off with the window open at night. The neighbor yelled at us about parking (even though we were parked right in front of the vrbo). A small table to eat at would be a great addition.

I had a family emergency come up and asked to cancel my booking but was declined

Was unable to cancel my booking a couple weeks in advance when my trip was cancelled due to uncontrollable issues. I didn’t not stay at the property but was not impressed that my payment could not be refunded given the circumstances and the reasonable amount of time I was giving notice.
