Great place to stay!

We all loved staying here. Mimi is an excellent host. The location is close to downtown Ocean Springs and an easy drive over to the beaches/casinos, not very far from I-10, and we felt safe. Very clean. Beds were comfortable, everything was in working order, and the home is generously and well stocked with supplies (spices/cookware, towels, etc.). Living room was large enough for the 6 of us to relax comfortably. There are TVs in living room and all bedrooms. Internet speed was very good. The bikes were great and some of our party rode every day. There is a cute outdoor seating area in the back. We definitely will recommend to anyone we know going to the area and if we return, we hope to stay again with Mimi.

Another Fabulous Stay!

We’ve stayed in this ocean Springs gem several times and it never disappoints!! Everything about this home is just perfect! The house is well stocked and very comfortable making you feel right at home. The location puts everything you need within a short stroll including the beach front, terrific restaurants and the cute downtown shopping district. The casinos are a few minutes drive over Biloxi Bay bridge with fabulous coastal views. Mimi, the host, has thought of everything inside the home with a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, comfy beds and a great outdoor patio area with grill. We absolutely love this charming home!!!

Everything you need in Ocean Springs

Not only is Mimi providing a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house but there’s all the extras. Washer and dryer. Everything you need to cook meals. 4 bikes. Umbrellas for rain. Patio with a grill. And walk a few blocks to downtown or the beach. Such a great spot!

Excellent accommodations

Great property. Host is easy to communicate with, and bends over backward to make certain that we are enjoying our stay. Great location. Short walk to downtown and to the beach. A very walkable neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Great place!

Mimi was super communicative and helpful. We appreciated the quality of the kitchen items -- dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. We also appreciated the quality of the mattresses. We'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and comfortable!

This home offered much more than we expected. We had a group of over 65 - 95 women and on man. We played cards until late hours and laughed so much it hurt.We cooked and enjoyed this home immensely. Walking distane to attraction and restaurants. We enjoyed walking in the historic neighborhood. Such a wonderful locatio. We are already planning our return visit. Thank you for providing so many amenities!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed this quiet neighborhood and its proximity to the beach and to the downtown area of Ocean Springs. We were concerned about the nearby railway, but it wasn’t noticeable. The hostess is very attentive, however everything was in order and we didn’t need her except to access the property and to say, “good bye.”

Perfect location

Home Away From Home!

When we look for a gathering place for our family for the holidays, comfort is key. The home not only has great beds, but plenty of couch space to watch football together. We enjoyed the games, the outdoor living space, and the oven cooked our turkey evenly too!

Excellent

Spent the weekend here with the family celebrating an anniversary. Great location, safe, spacious, and very clean. Owner provided anything and everything you could possibly need. It did not feel like a rental, but more like home. Mimi was the best host!

Awesome house and location!

Just spent 4 nights in this Ocean Springs location. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. This is really a neat place and lots of room for 4 guests. The house had plenty of comfortable seating areas and beds were awesome. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our host was warm and friendly and available for any request. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect little respite

My husband and I, along with our chocolate lab, Tug, came down to explore Ocean Springs over Labor Day weekend. We absolutely loved this little Gulf Coast town! And Mimi’s place is in the perfect location to explore everything! The house is one level, and on a quiet dead end street, in close proximity to great shops and restaurants. It has a private courtyard out back, and also a ramp coming in/out of the living room to the courtyard for anyone with mobility issues, making it a wonderful place that can accommodate everyone in the family. Mimi is a terrific host and she has thought of just about everything that will help make one’s stay more comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen too! We loved it and look forward to coming back soon! We can’t say enough positive things about Mimi’s place other than it’s wonderful!

THE RENTAL WAS THE HOME OF MY MOTHER GAYLE CLARK. SHE SPENT MANY YEARS DESIGNING JEWELRY BY LOST WAX METHOD IN HER STUDIO ( SUN ROOM). SHE ALWAYS SAID WHAT SHE LIKED ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS THAT EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE BY BUT STILL HAS A SENSE OF PRIVACY ( I AGREE).
