All needs met

We are 3senior ladies that travel together the apt.met our needs Jose was amazing he promptly responded when needed.The area was close to restaurants supermarkets and Sagrada Familia which we walked.

Great location and apartment

Great place in middle of city to get to many locations, perfect for those who aren’t really club people or prefer a more laid back location. Local restaurants around and not as touristy as old-town. Bathroom and kitchen are very good for a stay and very easy to clean. Had a good time and didn’t spend too much here either!

There was no TV in the apartment, but other than that it was a great place. The location was accessible to everything. There’s tons to eat around.

Wonderful Barcelona apartment

Our stay in Barcelona was great. Our apartment was located right in the middle of a few very popular destinations. We were able to walk to La Sagrada Familia, the Pg. de Garcia and the gothic district. The apartment had everything that we needed and our host was very friendly and informative. We highly recommend.

Perfect location, great stay

The property was as advertised and Jose was a wonderful host from check-in to check-out. We stayed for 4 days with our kids and this was the perfect location to explore Barcelona from. Apartment was in a safe neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Would recommend.

Great place to stay!

I was in town for business travel and the few hotels that were available were much more expensive and not in areas of town where you could explore in the evening. The apartment was very nice, well maintained, and in a great area to be able to get everywhere.

Perfect location for first time in Barcelona

The location and host Jose make an excellent combination for first time visitors to Barcelona! We had easy access to main points of interest, and great restaurants. Jose helped us select and plan our activities to make the most of our first time here.

Great Stay

Jose's apartment was perfect for our family of four. It's clean and in a great location (close enough to walk to important sites, but far enough to feel like you're living with the locals). Jose was very easy to coordinate with before and during the stay. Bottom line: we'd stay again.

Great 4 night stay in barcelona

This apartment is in a great location and well maintained. It's within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions, yet in a nice residential area. Jose was great with explaining everything and being there for all your questions and needs during your stay. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Host!

We enjoyed our stay at Jose's Apartment

My wife and I enjoyed straying in Jose's apartment. The apartment was clean and Jose was quick to respond to any of our questions. He was very helpful in settling us in and offered to call a cab on our day of departure. We also enjoyed that the apartment allowed walking to most of the sites we wanted to see. Thanks Jose!

great spot, nice host, could be cleaner

The apartment was in a good location, the host was terrific. It was fairly clean, but not terrific. Needed a more complete vacuuming. About 10 minute walk to Gaudi church, 10 minutes to metro, pretty easy. Had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure. Thanks Jose....

Great location, very small apartment

Fabulously central apartment. Jose is a great host and provided lots of good restaurant tips for us. The apartment is very small (we were 4 and it was a squeeze) and quite old fashioned (our travel chargers would not fit the plugs for example). But it was clean, cool and met our needs for a few days in Barcelona. Would recommend for a couple rather than a family.

Prior reveiws are right on.

I read the prior reviews before starting this and came to the conclusion there isn't really anything I could add other than a concurrence with the prior comments. This was the first time we had used this type of accommodations and were totally pleased with them and Jose.

great location,great host, great apt

We had a very good experience at this apt. Jose was very helpful, gave specific details regarding our needs and there was nothing left to be desired, right down to a complete set of cookware and spices to suffice for a family of 5. We stayed cool in the heat of the summer and he met us there w/the place already air conditioned & comfortable. We'd set off for the beach early, head back in the evening and have a nice relaxing place to settle in, eat, talk and plan our next days adventure. Thank you Jose!

Wonderful host and great location

Jose is the ultimate host! Extremely nice and very helpful. We accidentally locked our keys in the apartment and Jose not only retrieved them for us, he brought them to us on his motorbike! The apartment is very well serviced with many amenities nearby, and within easy walking distance to many places of interest. We were able to walk everywhere, and were happy to be staying in this part of the city (as opposed to the very busy old city). We had a wonderful stay, in large measure due to Jose's outstanding hospitality. Thank you Jose!

Fantastic Location in an Amazing City!!

We were so pleased to stay in Jose's apartment in Barcelona. The neighborhood was wonderful. Great places to eat and grab essentials right there. So easy to walk anywhere you wanted to go in the city from the apartment. Jose shared a map and showed us the easiest way to get around as well as marking some places not to miss. Apartment was well-suited for our stay with 2 bedrooms. Jose also was kind enough to call a car for us to get to the airport early one morning which made everything so much simpler. Apartment was fantastic and Jose was wonderful!! Will definitely stay there again!! Thanks Jose!

Hi Jose, ...................

Hi Jose, ..................... We're having a great time with perfect weather for sightseeing. I can't remember when I've seen so many museums and galleries in such a short time but the busses, metro and foot are so easy to use. We went to a great concert at the Palau de la Musica Catalana and we're really looking forward to repeat again. We love this apartment. Its location certainly is superb four our needs. Perfect!

Everything about this rental was perfect, from the first communication to checking out. Jose was quick to respond to my questions before we booked, was there to meet us and show us around when we checked in, and met with us to pick up the keys when we left and called us a taxi. The apartment itself was just what we wanted. It had plenty of room for the two of us and all of the amenities we wanted - everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - we could walk to all of the places we wanted to go, and if we preferred not to walk, it had easy access to the subway and bus stops. There were plenty of dining choices right by our place and a supermarket just a block away. We would definitely stay again!

I bought this apartment in 1997, and it was my own home during 8 years. Because family was increasing I need to change to another apartment bigger, but in the same area that was the area that I like to live. I filled a bit nostalgic to leave the apartment as a my own home. Since them I have been renting the apartment for tourist and professional reasons. As the experience has been so good for clients and for me. Later I decided to by four additional apartment in the same building and for the same reasons.
