Den här lägenheten ligger i en finca regia, som är totalrenoverad, med 2 sovrum, kök, badrum och matsal (om du tycker att vår lägenhet är fullbokad, vänligen se vår andra lägenhet med hiss och nära Sagrada Familia, större, tyst, egendom 3678125, kolla in).

Just renoverad lägenhet, i en "finca regia", det är en historisk fasad, i centrala Gràcia del av Barcelona stad.

I Gràcia del av staden kommer du att ligga mitt i alla Gaudis mästerverk, det vill säga Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell och La Pedrera (första bilden).

Lägenheten ligger i Torrent de l'Olla, nära Plaça del Sol, marknaden, Verdi biografer, många restauranger och alla dessa objekt i en designer och konstnär atmosfär.

Från en gammal lägenhet har vi skapat en unik atmosfär som blandar vintagepartiet och de senaste materialen, med handgjorda möbler och lampor och designmöbler och lampor (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes).

Luftkonditionering och uppvärmning, god madrasser och balkong kommer att vara toppen för att njuta av några dagar av avslappning i det livliga Barcelona.

Att vara i Gracia förort är ett måste att dyka i design och kreativa Barcelona, så kommer du att se det!

Du kommer att njuta av gratis höghastighets WIFI 24 timmar.

För barn erbjuder vi spel, böcker, barnstol och säng till barn, om det behövs.

Om du kommer med flyg kan vi ordna för dig att hämta på flygplatsen och köra till lägenheten.

Excellent apartment and Excellent host!

Thank you very much for hosting us Teo!We felt right at home in your rental!The renovated apartment is very clean, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Of course the location is fabulous! Close to so many delightful shops and restaurants and buses and the metro station are just a short walk away. Teo is an excellent host who communicates well and very quickly. Excellent!

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great part of the city, brilliant local festival and helpful hosts

We had a great stay in Gracia, luckily during the Festa Major local festival with decorated streets and music. The apartment had everything we needed and is well located to walk to Sagrada, Parc Guell, Casas Batllo, Pedrero and Vicens. The local ice cream parlours, coffee shops and bakeries were wonderful - recommend Dellaostia ice creams opposite.

Great place to stay. Nice location, 3rd floor with lift, many nice restaurants in walking range, Gelato shop down there. Room are clean and safe. Reasonable, and recommended.

Great location

The picture of the building on the listing is a bit misleading and on arrival thought this is not where i thought we were staying and therefore initially felt disappointed. However we loved the location, lots of lovely squares, artisan shops and great restaurants. On saturday the place comes alive with a great street market. The area is full of local people and we felt we had a true spanish experience. The apartment worked well and had everything we needed and was great value for money for Barcelona. We would definately return

Perfect stay

This was a perfect apartment in the wonderful cosmopolitan area of La Gracia. As a family of five were able to make use of the local restaurants and plazas as well as touring all that Barcelona has to offer. We would highly recommend this accommodation, simply tremendous.

Wonderful stay in Gracia

Had a great stay. The property is as described. Lots of great restaurants nearby and the apt is close to two metro stations. Lovely pedestrian friendly walkways. We really enjoyed the Catalan details in the unit and appreciated the elevator after a day of walking. Thanks for being such a great host.

It was spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. It was immaculate and well maintained. We love how bakeries, cafes, groceries and restaurants are so accessible, as in right across close. Convenient to tourist attractions.

Nice accommodations! Central to everything. Had a full washer and dryer inside the unit. However the W/D room had mold. Full kitchen and nice bathroom. At every corner you can easily find coffee and fresh bread. Best Gelato a few doors away!!

Beautiful location!

Great trip from the beginning to the end. The host has THE BEST communication, anything you need they have answers. Gorgeous property, location. Everything is close by La pedrera, casa battlo, park guel , we even walked to Sagrada Familia one day. Everything is in the walking distance. Taxis are very cheap. If you are looking for spacious, clean apartment close to everything look no further!!thank you for letting us stay at your property.

Perfect stay in Gracia neighborhood

This apartment was perfectly located. We liked the fact that it was more of a neighborhood feel. We made ourselves comfortable in a space that fit our family of four (our kids are 8 and 10). It was clean and we really appreciated the AC of which there were two (one in Main LR and other in bedroom). We had dinner/snacks at some of the local places including the Gelateria on the corner and Cafe del Sol in the plaza about one block away. There's a little playground and it allowed out boys to entertain themselves and meet some other children. Mae who greeted us was very accommodating and let us drop our bags (even though the apt wasn't cleaned yet) - we were all exhausted after a long flight. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others - don't hesitate to book. Thanks for the warm welcome. We very much enjoyed our visit to BCN.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here! We had a family of 5, and we could have had 2 kids share the second double bed in the second bedroom, but instead used the sofa in the living room, which our daughter said was very comfortable. We loved the view and the location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone was very friendly. Mae was wonderful and spoke perfect English, great for us Canadians! Other highlights- The lift (elevator) for our heavy luggage The windows front and back for air flow Comfortable beds! Location was PERFECT (walked to both the park fuel l and the sagrada familia) Laundry

Good location but needs better management

I lived in Barcelona so I knew I wanted to stay in Gracia while there. It is a unique neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping. However, our experience was not totally as expected. Communication-We speak Spanish so I thought communication would flow smoothly but it was not the case. Every time we asked a question we first got an automated response, then Teo would refer us to Patricia, who never replied, and then Teo would reply. Even when we were at the apartment, we called Patricia and she never answered and her voicemail box was full so we couldn't even leave a message. So we ended up contacting Teo after he had asked us to contact Patricia. Cleanliness- This is my biggest complaint. When we arrived, we were surprised to find ants crawling all over the kitchen. The dishes in the dishwasher had been left dirty for who knows how long. So we turn it on and get the ants out of there. Also, the bathroom had a couple of towels hanging, which looked like they had been used. This two instances left me uneasy with the level of care and cleanliness of the place. Also, some tiles in the shower had mold. Space- The Apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom, kitchen had all the cooking essentials. Shampoo and shower gel were provided; which is a nice touch. It seems a lot of care went into setting it up, it just hasn't been maintained as well. Location- is good and not noisy. Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Abends und nachts ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind okay. Ein großes Laken ist jeweils als Decke vorhanden.

Wonderful Experience

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

This flat is a shared dream with my French wife, Hélène, and my 3 children.

All the designed furniture and lamps was my wife's idea, I am always the tough guy dealing with suppliers to get the best prices :-)

Varför värden valde detta boende

Barcelona city is where we lived together, my wife Hélène and myself, from 1998 to 2002.

We moved to Sant Cugat suburb but we promised ourselves to trying to buy our own apartment in Gracia, to coming back to retire, and meanwhile renting it to people interested in knowing more about Gracia suburb and Barcelona as a whole.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

You will like the apartment as soon as you will see it in pictures (more pictures will be soon available, but we couldn't wait anymore to show you our flat).

As soon as you are in front of the building, you will see this old well preserved façade and you will see the iron hand-made door, 100 years old, and you will be in it.

Till we have not yet the elevator, you will go upstairs, all in iron hand-made, observing the vintage doors and the natural light coming from the roof, till you will be in front of your new house.

The flat has been refurbished with much love and for you and for us. We want to share it with you!

On the right side you will see the refurbished flat but trying to leave it as it was, 100 years ago. That means we 'saved' the floor and the roof (see pictures).

In front of you, you will the see hand-made furniture with old tiles made by Justo, and a porcelain lamp made by Arianna Russo, our italian artist friend.

On the left side, a perfect new kitchen and bathroom, with best materials and Bosch machines.

On the left side at the end, the other sleeping room, with a modern design style.

On both rooms my wife created the bed tables from old cupboards. The result is amazing, like a children's dream, you will see and experience it!

2 air conditioning and several heating machines will ensure you a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwaves).

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.
