This beautiful, contemporary styled villa is the perfect base for your Floridian holiday. Set on the exclusive gated community of Watersong, it has absolutely no rear neighbours as it overlooks a lovely lake and onto the nature conservation area beyond. This tranquil residential area belies the fact that all the major theme parks are only minutes away by car and the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east are also within easy reach. Lake View is a two-storey villa with 4 large bedrooms that easily sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms are provided with bed linen and have ensuite facilities. Both master suites have flat-screen Smart TVs and the twin-bed suite also has a flat-screen TV. All ensuites have hair dryers provided and plenty of towels. Pool towels are also provided. The living area is open-plan, very spacious and looks out onto the pool area and beyond. The high quality furniture adds to the overall luxury of this fabulous home. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanaii and the pool with spa - all within a screened enclosure. For those with younger guests, there is a patio door alarm as well as a full width removable mesh screen between the house and the pool to help prevent little ones from straying unaccompanied for a swim. There is a large sun deck with plenty of sun loungers and chairs plus an outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a fitted gas barbecue unit and sink. There is a small additional charge for the use of the BBQ. You don't even have to rush inside to use the toilet - there is one accesible from the pool deck! A glass of wine or beer with your barbecued evening meal and all beside the sparkling clear pool - perfect! Don't forget that there are no rear neighbours and even those either side are by no means crowding you in. The north-west facing pool has the sun on it all year because of the clever house 'hipped' roof design. The kitchen has a large American style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a multi-functional oven, a microwave, a coffee filter machine and a kettle. A full range of pots, crockery, utensils, glasses and cutlery are provided. You can decide to sit on the bar stools and eat at the breakfast bar or move to the nearby dining table. The double garage is a games area with a full-sized ping-pong table with bats, etc. as well as an air hockey table and some basic fitness equipment for those with energy to spare. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer here, along with an ironing board and iron. There is parking for up to four family sized vehicles on the drive at the front of Lake View. Our home is maintained by Homes of America management company. They are available during office hours to resolve any questions or problems about our home, and they are on-call 24-hours for any emergency.
