Summary:
This extraordinary chic villa has recently been renovated, is situated in the heart of Bakoven and is a short 3 minute walk from the little known Beta Beach. Offering sweeping views across the ocean towards the Twelve Apostles mountain range from the roof terrace, this Villa has been sophistically designed with airy open plan living spaces, a Feng Shui courtyard, and private plunge pool.
Rocha Villa has been uniquely designed with the various levels all built around the central courtyard where the plunge pool is situated. This allows for a group to enjoy the use of different spaces within the Villa and not necessarily have to be in the same living area or outdoor space simultaneously.
The Space:
As you enter the property you walk into the open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. This level also offers a guest bathroom for convenience. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all you could possibly need for your holiday including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and Nespresso machine. The open-plan living and dining area boasts a dining table with seating for 6 guests, an L-shaped couch and flat screen TV with DSTV access. There is a smaller balcony leading off the living room with views towards the sea.
Just up the stairs you will find the first 2 bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms with showers and each bedroom has access to a shared terrace with outdoor seating for 4 guests. These bedrooms offer stand-up fans.
Further down the passage towards the mountain side of the property you will find an additional pyjama lounge with Satellite TV and another access point to the inner courtyard and plunge pool. There is a guest bathroom leading off the pyjama lounge.
Ascend the remaining few stairs leading from the pyjama lounge, which takes you directly onto the roof terrace or leads you into the spacious master bedroom. The master bedroom is light and airy with a King-size bed, walk in dressing area and large en-suite bathroom with a bath, double vanity and double walk in shower.
As you walk along the decked landing to the top terrace you are greeted with the most exquisite 180 degree views over the Atlantic Ocean. The roof terrace is large with a covered outdoor dining space to seat 8 guests, a built-in gas BBQ and comfy seating area where you will be able to enjoy watching the most exquisite sunsets.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Just download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register yourself with your credit card details, so you donât need to always have cash on you to be able to catch a ride.
