Chalet La Folie, calm in the heart of the village

Superb half-farm La Folie, completely renovated and ideally located in the Boude sector, in a quiet area. The village center and therefore the Super Chatel ski lifts are accessible in 10 minutes on foot. All year round, get together with family or friends to share moments of relaxation and conviviality in your private 5-room half-chalet designed to accommodate 8 people and enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountain. It is distributed over 3 levels as follows. On the ground floor, you benefit from a large living room giving access to a balcony, an open and fully equipped kitchen and you have access to a small living room and its reading/TV corner on the mezzanine. On the 1st lower level you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a private shower room and toilet, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Finally on the last level, a fourth bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is available. You can also enjoy the sauna. Outside, the terrace invites you to extend your relaxation after a day of skiing thanks to the jacuzzi and its view of the peaks. For parking, you have a garage at your disposal as well as 2 outdoor spaces.For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental as well as all household linen (bed sheets, sheets and towels, bath mats and kitchen linen) and the beds will be made upon your arrival.For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay:- Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Booking ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive daysUpon arrival, a deposit of €2,500 will be required from you by credit card imprint.
