10 adults comfortably stayed in this home for the Cal vs. ND game ; both house/location were great.

Travis and Janeli were a pleasure to deal with. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent. I would stay here again! Go Irish!

Oak Ridge does not disappoint!

We have stayed at a number of rentals in South Bend over the last 4 years. We love Wooded Estates properties due to the neighborhood and proximity to campus (less than 1.5 miles to the stadium!). Oak Ridge House was by far the nicest and most satisfying property we have stayed at in the Bend. Amenities galore including an extensive and well appointed outdoor space with the largest fire pit we had ever seen. The house has been newly renovated and the owners clearly put a lot of thought into how to make the best use of space. Top of the line fixtures, furniture, and appliances. The kitchen had everything we would normally have in our own plus more. Travis was super easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. This property is well worth the price and we give it our highest recommendation!

As close as you will be to the action of an ND event, the neighborhood is a quiet oasis filled with mature trees and walkable streets. Walking distance highlights include (5-20 min.): Notre Dame Stadium, Eddy Street Commons, Purcell Pavilion (Joyce Center), Compton Family Ice Arena, The LineBacker, Belmont Beverage Liquor Store, Starbucks, Parisi's Restaurant, and Martin's Super Market. Please note that parties and events are not allowed.
