Great rest area with a peaceful environment and affordable price.You will experience a quiet and clean place. Tampa has so much to see and enjoy, close to the ZOO park 3 min away in car. 10 min away from the downtown. Also close 5 min to interstate 275 , close to Bush garden park 20 min and buccaneers and yankee stadium 10 min, additional pet fee , for each pet charge 50 dollars. It’s a separate house 🏡 very private all fenced

Small, quaint, and cute

Was the perfect place for me and my gf to stay during our trip to tampa for a week. Easy check in process and was a lovely/ clean hoouse to either chill during the day or to just come back to at night. Would stay here again next time i visit Florida

Great Location

We enjoyed staying at Yuliet's place. It was clean, spacious, and the best location! The only point of improvement was the keypad door was difficult to open. Overall, we had the best time!

Guesthouse getaway

We enjoyed this super quiet guesthouse getaway. The house was very clean and the private yard was awesome. It had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in my future travels. Awesome private vacation property.

THIS PLACE THAT WE RENTING AND DEALING WITH OUR HOST WAS A PERFECT AND EASY PROCESS. SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US AND THE PROPERTY MADE US FEEL SAFE AND AT HOME. BESIDES THE WIFI, THE CONSTRUCTION, AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER THIS WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. THE INSIDE OF THE PLACE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY, IT HAD PLENTY OF AMENITIES TO OFFER THAT MADE OUR STAY SO MUCH BETTER. WOULD DEFINITELY RENT HERE AGAIN!

The place was great! A suggestion; make sure shower is cleaned properly with no hair in drain. Also purchase better towels. Other than that the stay was great and exactly what we needed. Not to big and not to small. Just right!. Thank you again.

Very Exceptional

Unit was perfect for one or 2 people . Private entry and private exterior area . Adjacent to the zoo and USF . Lots of restaurants around and close to downtown . Neighborhood was very quiet heard some chickens in the mornings early . Nice Kitchenette great bathroom I was very with room in bedroom and the fans plus the ac split air you just needed to know how work the controller . Bed and lines awesome as well . Small living room couch beside that it was perfect .

Cute for a short trip

Stayed here with my partner for a week. It is very cute, but very small (especially the bathroom), and you are only provided three towels (two bath towels and one hand towel) with no laundry, so they smelled a little musty by the end of the trip. Couch was uncomfortable, but bed was okay. AC does not reach bedroom; there are two fans, but we were still quite warm. Good for a short trip, but maybe not for a full week.

BAD had to check out early there were ROACHES in the bed and on the floors along with a large spider ... The shower did not drain . i arrived late and checked out after 1st night sent pics and videos of roaches and shower. They refused to refund my additional nights i did not stay what a joke . Wish i could uploads pics to the review

Very nice and clean place

Very nice place that is very calm and relaxing. Me and my wife spent a few days here while exploring Tampa. Easy to get to and good parking. Very calm area with no disturbance what so ever. Very comfy bed and clean all over.

In a rough looking neighborhood not one i think is good for night life. The shower head was large but about half of the water holes were clogged with calcium build-up and did not work. The water never got hotter then room temperature and the water quality was so bad it irritated our skin so we only tried to take 1 shower. The kitchen and living room was clean and nice. The bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. When we got here there was someone else's body hair all on the bed and my pillow had snot crusty all over it. It was very disgusting. We ended up only getting there at like 12am Friday night and on Saturday we ended up leaving to head home earlier because we could not sleep it was so uncomfortable. I understand this is someones income but it was a horrible experience in our opinions. The host was very ontop of the information giving it to us and i feel bad but this was our honest opinion. We will not be back.
