Boardwalk 886. Vi har nu uppgraderat våra lakan i alla våra fyra lägenheter till en minut av 650 gängor av egyptisk bomull och lyxhanddukar.

Alla våra lägenheter är A + betygsatta av Better Business Bureau.

Nyligen lagt till nya köksskåp, konverterade det andra sovrummet till en kung med nytt allt, kakel Back splash och granit, badrum fåfänglighet med bänkskivor i granit, storskärms-TV / DVD, nya fronten fönster i golfen. Boardwalk 886 är en snyggt dekorerad 2-sovrumsenhet med en fantastisk utsikt över Mexikanska golfen som kan ses från vardagsrummet, sovrummet och naturligtvis däck. Promenera till den nya Gulf Shores Pier för sightseeing eller fiske och åka västerut är vi bara 4 korta kvarter från Hang Out, Pink Pony och många fler restauranger och butiker. Glöm inte att kolla NAS-schemat för Blue Angel-träningstider.

Utsikten från sovrummet är fantastisk på grund av det sneda däck. Du vaknar och den är där. Ta kaffe och titta på och hör viken och delfinerna. Nämnde jag vyn. Not as expected

The positive.... location was perfect! It was right on the beach, with the Sea and Suds restaurant nearby, serving delicious food. There was 24-hour friendly security in the parking lot. The balcony had great furniture and overlooked the ocean. The living room furniture appeared new.The negative was the condo was not as clean as we expected, we recleaned many items as we used them. After notifying the owner, I anticipate he will confer with the housecleaners and the issue will be resolved.iussue anthewillississ will be resolved in the future.

Last minute stay

We were supposed to go to Daytona until the hurricane hit and they canceled on us the day before we were to leave. I found a place in gulf shores with in an hour of the cancellation. The beach had rental chairs. The condo has beach chairs and the property has a restaurant on site. There was a market across the street. Everything was very convenient. It was one of the smaller places we have rented, but it was clean and took care of our needs.

Cons - even though the policy listed on the fridge says you are allotted 2 parking passes, the owner will give you one and request $50 for the 2nd pass - cleanliness is subpar. There was other peoples hair in the corners of the rooms when we arrived. Needed to be swept better. Baseboards by the bed had piles of dust… not under the bed, but literally visible beside the bed. - 110% buy the trip insurance. Even if you have a family emergency, the host is not going to work with you if it’s past the 60 day policy - this specific condo is quite a bit higher than other condos at Boardwalk that are very very similar - 3/4 beach chairs provided are broken - Boardwalk could really use a hot tub or splash pad like other condos in the area have - the deck has lots of obvious loose boards - pool is usually cold and frequently needs to be skimmed (lots of debris) Pros - we love the location of Boardwalk - sea & suds is right beside you (does not allow take out anymore though) - the host usually replies to messages in a timely manner - the beach is really nice Overall, we would return to Boardwalk but would try to book a different condo with a different host.

It was a great experience all around. Wonderful condo, it was clean & modern. Also, an excellent location to several shops & restaurants. The hangout is literally righht down the strett. I would most definitely stay here again. Scott

Relaxing getaway

Overall great experience. The property is right across from a market and not a very long walk from all the shops and restaurants. Property was clean and has everything you need for an extended stay.

Beach front condo

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved how close to the beach this property is. There is also a great pool that faces the beach. Sea n Suds it right on the beach in front of this property for a cool drink or a bite to eat. There are also chair and umbrellas for rent right in front of this property. Everything you need to have an amazing time on the beach.

Perfect location/view

The location couldn't be more perfect. Walking distance to the pier, bars/restaurants, shopping. The view is spectacular. Loved waking up to the view of the gulf in our master bedroom. Bed was comfortable. The master bath has a nice size shower. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This is an older condo building as you will read in reviews just as I did, but after visiting, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great location, perfect view of the beach. The condo was spacious and perfect for 2 couples.

Owners were great with responding to any messages. Elevators were broke for the first day. We had a great vacation. Definitely would rent again.

Winter get away.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view and beach. Comfortable accommodations. New king size bed in master bedroom very comfortable. Upstairs neighbors a bit noisy. Able to hear them moving around. Parking was difficult at times due to the sea n suds patrons. Had to park across the road.
