Spectacular lake home, large, spacious -in all new condition. Completely remodeled with all newer furniture, fixtures and paint (including mattresses). AND NOW-high speed internet- Wi-Fi and cable.
This beautiful, comfortable home is for rent year round, and has no personal owner belongings.
Just move in and enjoy gorgeous lake views from every room and including from the huge deck. This home sits on 1.5 acres with 200 ft of frontage and includes a new pier, with stairs for swimming. 2 Public launches are located within 1 mile, which are busy as this is a great very clean deep lake for all water sports. 1st floor features Master Suite, Great Room, laundry/pantry and a Sunroom/den. The 2nd floor overlooks the Great Room and to the water (and sunrises) with 2 more bedrooms and a large bath. The Walk out lower level exits level to the water and features an additional bedroom (exposed windows) full Bath and Rec Room (set up with 3 twin beds, love seat, TV.). The 1 acre of lawn is well manicured, resulting in few pesty insects. The home is well appointed with all the conveniences and high quality you expect in your own home. (I believe vacationing should be easy -always pack light- only need your food, clothing and preferred toiletries). NOW PROVIDING CANOE, floats, paddle boards and kayak! Local rental of pontoon boats available-now 2 choices (Summer 2024 6 groups rented pontoons).
And providing 2 picnic tables, firepit with 10 chairs. Plus games -outdoor bean bag toss, bocce set, board games, clean children toys, 2 high chairs, baby dishes, pack n play, baby gate.

Again this home has all amenities of a personal home, including coffee maker and K cup maker, ample dishes, new pots/pans, Nesco, crockpot, newer gas grill, bar cabinet with glassware, 3 Smart TV’s, excellent wifi, toiletries, paper products, hair dryers in all baths, portable music speaker, bocce ball set, bean bag toss, baby and toddler items and toys. I believe a true vacation is to pack light! All you need is any preferred toiletries, clothing and food. The walk in Pantry with 4 ft of counter space is great for stacking up all your brought in food (and not cluttering up the Kitchen).

SNOWMOBILERS!! Access the lake right on the property! (And Cross Country Ski, ice skate, snow shoe And Down Hill ski nearby). SPRING AND FALL: wonderful groomed hiking and biking trails and IceAge Trails nearby. Tagalong Golf Course across the lake, features dining and live music weekends on the water at the Pump House Bar.

Great Experience!

We had a great time staying at Sally's place...she was a tremendous host and the property was amazing! It had everything we needed (cooking supplies, activities, towels, etc.) to help make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We love being on Red Cedar Lake and will definitely be back!

Beautiful house on the lake! You can’t beat the views and I would definitely stay here again.

Went up to the area for the fat tire bike race. Had a blast and this house was perfect. Big enough for everyone, and an awesome great room to hang out together.

Great Family Get together

We rented this place because it was in a central location for us to get together. The house was beautiful and Sally was so great to work with. We will definitely be back! We took full advantage of the large deck and also got in a little fishing off the dock. It was a wonderful weekend

Peaceful Stay on Red Cedar

We had an incredible stay at Sally's home over a long weekend in January. Watched tips ups and relaxed in the huge vaulted living room. It was very accomodating for our family of 4 + 6 month old. Everything top to bottom was clean and in great working condition. Can't wait to come back...maybe once the ice is off!

Pure heaven

Beautiful home. Very well appointed. The owner was very attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure we had a fantastic time. Extremely gorgeous lake! Peaceful, cathartic, stress will just melt away. We will be back.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This lakeside retreat was perfect! Everything was thought of, from the cotton balls to the pots and pans, yard games, paddle boards, kayak (which came in handy when one of our fishing boat fenders floated away). We were catching sunfish off the dock. The sunroom was perfect for reading while others were in the main room. So much room inside, everyone had space to retreat to. Tons of room and comfortable seating on the deck with lake views. The backyard is spacious allowing eight of us to comfortably enjoy activities. We will definitely be back!

Great family getaway!

We enjoyed our stay for a short weekend. The home was large enough for my family as well as my sister and her family. The house was well stocked and clean. It had a beautiful view of the lake. The kids had so much fun with all the toys and board games. We also enjoyed being outside around the bonfire making s’mores. We would definitely stay there again!!

Red Cedar gem

Excellent property to rent for comfortable family stay on Red Cedar Lake. Complete, modern furnishings and amenities, several extras which make it a real crowd pleaser (grills, kayaks, paddle boards, games). Plenty of space to gather or find quiet time. Scenic views of the lake’s north half from the living area or deck add the final touches to a memorable, comfortable stay. Hosts are very kind, accommodating and communicative. Would stay again without question.

Everyone loved staying in the cabin!! The cabin was very beautiful and clean, just as nice as the listing described. Communication with Sally was great, which was very important to me. She went above and beyond to help from the beginning to the end of trip. Highly recommend!!!!

But lucky for you as a renter this home is available to you enjoy also. And I love the North Woods of Wisconsin and want to share this special area of state called the Blue Hills. In fact I bought my first 40 acres in 1978 in the Blue Hills, and I have explored many of the lakes, rustic roads and trails. Nearby is the extensive Ice Age Trail, miles of ATV trails, fun Christy Mt Ski Hill, and thousands of acres of forest land. All seasons are beautiful and the clean clear atmosphere-with most days year round sunny, high pressure days!

Imagine being able to rent a vacation lake home of the same quality and standard of your own personal home- this is rare to find and well worth the price. And unbelievably every room in the house has a lake view. I know you will enjoy your stay.

WHY Red Cedar Lake?
Famous Stout Island Lodge is private but oh so worth trying to get a dining reservation.
Loch Lomond Beach Club is a private beach club for resident members. However you can purchase fuel for a docking fee.
We have at least 10 pairs of loons on the lake, DNR requires boats stay at least 200 ft away.
The deepest part of the lake is straight out from this house - out in the middle of the lake reaching 50 ft deep. Much fishing is done by many a fisherman just off our shore. And good fishing off the dock too. Gorgeous swim able water all summer long.
