Get away from the city and come stay at your private oasis. This ranch style home on 7 acres has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away.

This 2,755 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house has 1 queen bed and 3 king size beds along with 3 full bathrooms and a soaking tub in the main suite. There are 2 separate living rooms with leather furniture and 55” TVs

Enjoy the huge yard set up for a BBQ and relax on any of the 3 porches. Along with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room w/ W&D.
If you’re lucky, you might get a visit from the local mule deer herd.

This house has plenty of room for the whole family to get together and not be on top of each other. 2 living rooms, a big open kitchen and dining room and 3 porches.

Lovely ranch home in the country

Large House with plenty of beds for our group of hard working ladies putting on a quilt festival. Lots of lounging space to decompress at the end of a long day.

Country get away

Our group was in Dimmitt for the annual quilt show. It was such a pleasure to have a quiet place to go unwind each evening.

Would Recommend

Very spacious and clean. We were in town for a family funeral and this property accommodated multiple family members very well. There are numerous amenities that were well thought out. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again.

Countryside Greatness

Excellent house for a small family or large one! Great master bedroom and 3 very solid bedrooms. Kids enjoyed basketball, ping pong table and land around us. Property has great countryside views also! Will definitely book again!

Cozy farmhouse

It was the second time we’ve stayed here. It will be an annual thing for us. As long as the homeowner will let us come back. We love the place. It’s very nice secluded very clean perfect for the hunting trip we used it for.

Listing was Double Booked had to find a Hotel

I Booked in February for a trip in November after not hearing from the property manager by the day of the trip I contacted the property manager in the app and was informed that the property had been double booked. The manager offered to get us hotel rooms, but we opted to get our own hotel rooms, so we were refunded.

Family reunion

This property was so perfect. My husband hadn't seen his family in 10 years and we all were able to get together at this house. We ate and visited for multiple days, this wouldn't have been possible if we had to be in a hotel. The disney+ was perfect for the kids. The multiple porches made being outside enjoable. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much.

Convenient and peaceful

We stayed here while visiting family in Dimmitt. It was so nice to be close-by. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Get away

Overall a great experience. Unfortunately we were not able to make full use of the ping pong table or corn hole due to the weather, but that is hardly the owners fault. The lower living room was significantly colder than the rest of the house, which made that room less usable. I had my fair share of challenges with the oven, but attribute that more to my ignorance of its operation than the operation of the appliance itself.

Palo Duro

We stayed as a family to go hiking in Palo Duro Canyon! It was about an hour drive. We enjoyed the open land and we had plenty of room for our family, kids, and 2 dogs! Everything you could need provided in a country home. We enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed!

Our family of 10 loved our stay, lots of room to spread out. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve. The kids took over the large den with all their toys and then we'd send them outside when they needed some fresh air. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, we did all our own cooking. Our host never missed a beat, from providing everything we inquired about having to water dishes and blankets for the dogs.

Peace and Quite

Perfect gat a way from it all. Sunrise and sunset was able to be enjoyed from the deck and almost every star in the universe was able to be seen at night If you are looking for room to roam inside or out, combined with the beauty of peace and quite - this is it. Home is beautiful and nicely located for travel around the area. The host was prompt to respond to every question and very accommodating to our requests We absolutely enjoyed our stay !

Nice house for family reunion.

This is a large house with several conversation areas. My family and I enjoyed meeting here to visit. The property is quiet and peaceful. This is several miles from town, so bring your own food and enjoy the grill.
