it was nice. Vrbo coulda had more cooking utensils and a dresser or two for clothing but other wise

The Unit front bedroom bed sleeps horrible the mattress need replacing, no where to put my clothes. no dressers, not enough dishes to prepare food, not enough glasses… front bathroom sink does not get hot wAter… not enough chairs for patio… had to drink house stool outside. for the price, i think a lil tlc could make it better. other than that we enjoyed New Orleans

Excellent Location. In the mix!!!

Location is excellent. Literally right between the French quarter and Frenchman St. We were down for Jazz Fest and was the perfect location for the late shows. Dozens of bars and restaurants within a blocks walking distance. Be advised, this flat is IN a bar district. I wouldn't recommend this for conservative families with small children. There is a 24 hr bar right down the street so there will be drunk people, noise and traffic throughout the night. We used earplugs and did not have a problem. A few homeless people right outside but no aggressive panhandling. We didn't walk around much at night but I wouldn't recommend it in this area. The only issue was the check-in process. The host was not responsive and did not give us the entry code til 4 hours prior to arriving. We asked about early check-in and were immediately sent an invoice for $70. No discussion or if we even agreed to the charge. She would not give code until we paid. Overall, great location. Host communication needs to improve.

Listing versus what we got were very different. We were held hostage for an extra few hundred day of checkin to get door code. We were promised a welcome bottle that wasnt there. Other people had door code and walked in smelling like weed. We had to explain that to our kids.

French Quarter Walkable Experience

This was a great place to be able to walk out the ground level door and be right in the action. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice to talk to as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great spot in the Quarter!

This rental was in a perfect spot in the French quarter. Everything you need is a short walk away, I loved Cafe Envie (just around the corner) for coffee and breakfast. It can be loud outside at night, that’s what happens in the French Quarter, but not as crazy as Bourbon St. Would stay here again!

Location is fabulous! Condo is great, loved hanging out on the balcony!

Great location! French Market is right there, Bourbon Street is close by. The condo was perfect for the 3 couples. Living area and kitchen are great. We had a wonderful time on the balcony listening to the music and people watching! Wednesday & Thursday night we’re somewhat quiet! Friday night got loud but was so much fun, it stopped around 12:30. You will not need your car to get anywhere.

great location but very loud area

We had a great trip despite a few problems. The owner does not give check in info until 1 hr before entry. That in itself is fine but she should notify you of that at least 24-48 hrs before. I was convinced we got scammed and was on the phone with vrbo the morning of our trip because I had no check in info. Most other owners have been much more communicative. The place was clean and in a good location to walk to everything but was on a very loud block-The front bedroom has no blinds and those that sleep there need to pack earplugs and bring a sound machine and even then I only slept a few hours each night. Buses, cars, bars, musicians, etc...at all hours. Would have appreciated a few more small touches like bath mats, tissues, and more than 3 coffee cups, along with some general info about the closest place to grab coffee, soda, etc..The balcony is not really usable--You have to bench press a 40 lb large glass window open and hold it there while you try and turn and go out. It's an accident waiting to happen-so be warned. Loved New Orleans but wouldn't stay here again.

Great condo!

Great place to stay to enjoy New Orleans. Good location not to far from all the action. The condo was clean and comfortable.and has a great porch. The owner was very accommodating!

Excellent location!!!

Fantastic and spacious rental property for four adults. We were walking distance to parades for Mardi Gras and had a wonderful, safe stay. The balcony was amazing for people watching and relaxing.

Condo had old world charm with modern amenities. Very clean and in a great location for enjoying the parade. Will definitely stay here again.
