Mardi Gras stay

Great location in the French Quarter area. It is a very active tourist, bar, and restaurant area, overlooking the Mississippi River, just what you’re visiting NO French Quarter for. It is not a quiet retreat if that’s your quest, and the French Quarter parties all night long. A white noise app and ear plays were necessary for sleeping. All good, had a great time.

Train noise

I really wanted to give this place five stars but couldn’t because of the railroad noise. The trains run all night every night and for a bunch of middle aged people, it wasn’t the most restful vacation but the penthouse was absolutely gorgeous and extremely clean. Fantastic walkable location as well. If you’re younger and out most of the night the trains won’t bother you much.

Great stay!

This property is fabulous! It is centrally located with great views of the river and city. The onsite parking is a Pay to Park lot, like most of NOLA. I would definitely treat myself and stay here again.

Perfect location and great condo

Spent 4 great nights there with family. Location is ideal for French Quarter, aquarium, WW2 museum, etc. Parking across the street was very convenient.

Beautiful property and great location

We had a great stay at this property. It was perfect for my husband and I, our 2 teenage girls and their 2 friends. Walking distance to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Accommodations !

Such an amazing location and set up for our getaway. The girls and I had a fabulous time and would highly recommend! Only thing to note is the train that is in close proximity to the house can get quite noisy in the mornings but you get accustomed to it.

Beautiful, Convenient, Spacious, and Comfortable

We stayed here for a family gathering of several generations and had guests ranging from 86-13 years of age. This place worked very well for us! It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. It's very conveniently located, within two-three blocks walking distance from the French Quarter. We enjoyed our time here, and would stay here again.

Beautiful, Perfect Location and Fabulous View!

We stay in New Orleans 6-8 times a year, and this just became our favorite place! It's open and bright and has the most beautiful views! The large open kitchen is perfect for entertaining, which we always do. Location is safe and walking distance to the quarter and many many great restaurants! Can't wait to come back!

Amazing property!

We made a last minute trip to NOLA and were thrilled to get to stay at this property! Very convenient to the French Quarter and the Business District. My son has cancer, so the cleanliness of the property was very important to us, and we were not disappointed. It’s very well maintained! Everyone in our group loved the layout and charm of this location! We hope to come back and stay again with friends in the future!

This is a stunning property in the heart of the French Quarter. Loved it!

We really loved this place, if I had anything to point out, it would be the configuration of the beds. The listing says it sleeps 8, and it does, but two couples in one room is kinda weird, so just check the bed configuration, your travel companions and how that's all going to work :)

Bachlorette stay

This property was nothing short of amazing! The amount of space for us girls was more than enough and the interior/decor was very beautiful. The property is located near everything and just a short walk from the French Quarter while still maintaining its calm environment. Tyrone was very helpful/responsive and we felt at home the entire trip (we did not want to leave haha). This property as well as the people of New Orleans really made our stay worth while. I would absolutely book this property again!

50th birthday celebration

What an amazing booking! We all felt we won the jackpot. Stunning views of the river, bright with amazing windows, fantastic views from every room, beautiful furnishings, awesome kitchen, fantastic location, minus the train. (Consider bringing ear plugs). The property manager was responsive and accommodating. We were all so pleased! Thank you :)

New Orleans French Quarter Primo Property

I stayed in this condo for my daughters wedding in the French Quarter and it is Fabulous. Parking is a easy as it gets in the french quarter with parking lots all around the unit. The views of the Mississippi River are captivating. We watched the cruise ship depart down the river as well as many other cargo ships and barge traffic. The kitchen is well equipt with high end appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful with marble counter tops,,modern fixtures and tile showers with huge glass doors. This condo is a destination and a experience in itself . A wonderful refuge to explore New Orleans and the French Quarter. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here!

Nice but with issues

Overall the property was nice.. It was convenient to everything, clean and well equipped. We had issues with the air conditioner in the master bedroom and bathroom. It was a crisp 78 during our stay and June in the south is to put it mildly, warm! Tyrone was quick to come out with a technician, however the issue was not fixed and when we contacted him a second time we were told in a rather condescending manner that he sent someone out once at his expense but would send them back for “our comfort”. That would’ve been nice since we paid quite a lot for a celebratory weekend but instead we were interrupted with an UNANNOUNCED visit by the property manager Elizabeth who informed the owner that it was a toasty 78 in the master bedroom and bath with no airflow. The last interaction I had with Mr. Kemper was a text telling me to open a bedroom door that was closed. I didn’t respond to his text as I thought it was inappropriate to expect us to ask our 21 year old daughter and her husband who had retired to their room to “open their door”

Beautiful, immaculate French Quarter HQ

What a beautiful property! Our apartment took up the entire the 4th story of a 5 story building. It was beautifully decorated, IMMACULATE, well-stocked, and perfectly located. We knew other apartments were occupied, because we periodically saw the tenants entering and exiting the building, but we never ever heard them. My husband and I, and our teen children met my brother and sister-in-law and their tween children there. With three en-suite bedrooms (2 king size, and the 3rd with 2 queens), it was perfect for our family of 8. We made and enjoyed breakfasts (in the luxurious, fully-stocked kitchen) while watching all of the boat activity on the Mississippi river before heading out to explore New Orleans. All French Quarter sites/activities were right outside the door or just a short walk away. On days we preferred to Uber (due to being dressed up for a wedding, or to traveling outside the quarter) they were never more than a 3 minute wait away. We spent entire days out exploring as a family. During the evenings, the adults went out while the teens and tweens preferred to hang back at the apartment with take-out or frozen pizza. The building and apartment are very secure and include a security guard in the parking lot all night. We have zero complaints, would come back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend this high-end property. Thanks for sharing, Tyrone!
