As you enter the property, you'll immediately notice the inviting atmosphere and the spectacular views that define this space. From the expansive balcony, you can enjoy panoramic vistas of the crystal white sands and emerald green waters that stretch as far as the eye can see. The spacious living area is perfect for relaxing, with ample seating and a Gulf-facing balcony that provides a beautiful setting for watching stunning sunsets.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a bar, and a dining area, making it an excellent space for cooking and entertaining. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or enjoying a casual snack, this well-appointed kitchen meets all your needs.

The main bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, and a relaxing jetted tub with a shower combination. You can unwind in the comfortable king bed while watching your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV or enjoying the Gulf-front balcony. This property ensures a peaceful environment where you can relax and sleep soundly.

The first guest bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom, while the second guest bedroom features twin beds and an adjoining bathroom with hallway access. For added convenience, there is a stacked washer and dryer in the unit.

The Beach Club Avalon offers an array of exceptional amenities, including a Gulf-front swimming pool, hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a full-service Avada Spa, and eight tennis courts. Guests also have access to an indoor pool, poolside bar and grill, fitness center, sauna, steam room, game room, and craft activities for kids at the on-site Clubhouse for an additional fee.

During your stay, you can also enjoy the Coast Restaurant, Tennis Pro Shop, bike rentals, a playground, Sand Island, life-sized games, the Village Hideaway Sports Bar & Grill, Village Arcade & Billiards, HD Golf Simulator, Village Creamery, Village Mercantile, walking trails, beach chair rentals, and various watersports (additional fees apply).

The resort provides internet access and is conveniently located near two top-class golf courses within six miles. Offshore fishing is available at Fort Morgan Marina, just seven miles away, and Historic Fort Morgan is approximately ten miles away. The nearby Alabama Coastal Birding Trail offers additional exploration opportunities.

Please note that RVs, campers (including Sprinter vans with hookups), trailers, buses, boats, jet skis, golf carts, and off-road vehicles are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club. Vehicles that do not fit within a standard parking space are also not allowed. The minimum age to reserve and stay at this property is 25, and the reserving guest must be present throughout the stay. Pets and smoking are prohibited on the property, balconies, and all premises.

Parking Fee: A registration fee of $40 per vehicle per stay is added for up to 2 vehicles. Guests will receive parking passes on-site upon arrival. Parking rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.

At the Clubhouse, you can access The Spa and Salon, Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, and Gulfside Bar and Grill. Additional amenities include men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, saunas, and steam rooms. Access to these amenities is available for a fee, starting at $48 per day, payable at the Clubhouse.

***The Catalina building is undergoing an extensive construction project involving the north-facing walls of the hallways. Significant noise will be present Monday through Friday through the end of February 2025. Large construction equipment will also make the far east side of the parking lot inaccessible. ***
